PLAN ON REPRESENTING YOURSELF IF YOU GET AUDITED. Kathleen never showed for my appointment and ws not able to reach her on that day. I ended up having to take off work and then had to represent myself. Not very professional or honest. I was given false information on what I was able to claim in return from someone who suppose to know the tax laws. You may get a nice return, but be acareful you get a bill several years later from the IRS!! ***Update thanks for the response. I was never notified that there was an emergency. I was actually told that you step out for lunch. When I finally did speak to you you told me your car broke down not sure what exactly happen. I received a phone call from the auditor saying that he could not get in touch with you. So I had to represent myself. As far as the appeal goes...I was advised nothing was done and You told me you haven't heard from them about the appeal. I am sorry but I believe a little more could have been done and calls could have been returned.

Kathleen blew our expectations out of the water this year! We used to use online sites to fill out our taxes, and after a friend recommended us to Kathleen, i wouldn't go anywhere else. We did not receive our stimulus money the last 2 times, she helped us get that without a breeze, and made sure everything went without a breeze. If you are reading this, thank you Kathleen, and see you next year!

This year was my first time doing taxes alone with out help from my mom, Kathleen asked me several questions and had me provide her with expenses through the year, she made it simple and stress free and explained to me what to do this year to avoid paying more money next year by sending payments quarterly, I owed less than expected and walked out with a huge smile on my face due to how courteous she was.
