I am a snowbird from Ohio and I took my beautiful, Wheaton Terrior, Lola, to Paradise Grooming this morning! We were BOTH nervous! She is a very well behaved dog, and did great! Her grooming was done by Chrystal… apologize if I spelled the name wrong! It was THE BEST grooming job ever! I didn’t reschedule yet because not certain of our return date to Ohio! If I win the Lottery, hiring her for Lola! ? She will have to relocate to Ohio!! ? Yes, Ohio is cheaper, but not by much at all! Worth every cent! This place is awesome! Highly recommend! ??

Visiting from out of town and took my 3 year old, 15 lb Maltipoo for a wash and cut. Sarah gave him the BEST cut he’s ever had! Definitely recommend Paradise Grooming!

First time at Paradise Grooming. Took my Mom's baby Sophia, they are visiting from NY. We had a fantastic experience. Will definitely bring her back next time they visit. Valerie did an amazing job, she came out beautiful. Everyone is so pleasant here. Thank you again for a great experience. 10/10 will definitely recommend.

I absolutely loved how Elizabeth treated and groomed my baby (Chanel) ..she was excellent and quick. My puppy looked soooo adorable once I picked her up! Thank you guys so much!!

I give my bad review not on the groomer she did an excellent job every time, I am complaining about the cost of the groom. In less than a year the price went from $65 to $100, when I explained we are retired and would have to come every 8 weeks instead of 6 I was told by the manager then it would be $120.

The initial puppy grooming cost $50, (my dog was 6 pounds at initial grooming) followed by $65 for subsequent visits. Despite expressing concern about the price increase to $65, I agreed to continue services because they do a good job. On the third visit, I was informed the grooming now costs $75 due to my dog's coat length (she had gotten slightly bigger of course she was 6 pounds and is now 8 pounds). How can materials change so much? And how was this not expected when quoting me before. This unexpected change led me to search for a new groomer, as I find $75 excessive for my small dog. It's disappointing that my budget negotiations didn't prevent further increases. I was told the price increase was due to materials needed due to her longer coat. The dog is barely any bigger than 30 days ago… Transparency about pricing is crucial for building loyal customers. Now I have to find my dog a new groomer that she is comfortable with when I really wanted to have her somewhere long term. I couldn’t get past the fact that I felt like I had settled in with them but they quickly changed their price the way they did. I will not be returning. I’m sure it doesn’t matter cause there are many people around who can afford their prices. I just want to warn people who are more on a budget not to bring your pet here unless you can afford over $75 in grooming.

Very poor response to my being unhappy with the grooming. Shortly after, I received a nasty message on FB from another of their customers. Very unprofessional.

Melissa is always great with Lucy. She does a wonderful job and makes Lucy look amazing when she's done. The place is clean and they are friendly I highly recommend them.

They got me right in and did a great job I made an appointment for next month. There salon was very clean and everyone was really friendly and professional thanks I found a new groomer for my Rottweiler her name is KYA she loves to get a ? bath

Didn't have a great experience but to come back telling me you have camera footage of my saying I'm a hairdresser is a flat out lie. Yes I trimmed the pads of her feet, fanny, and around her eyes so that she could see. What does that have to do with anything? I was trying to desensitize her to grooming tools so that the job would be easier for her first grooming. There's probably a timestamp on my pictures in the car dropping her off and picking her up that shows her before and after. You will have camera footage of my not yet completely vaccinated puppy being put on the floor after I asked multiple times for her not to be. You will have camera footage of my showing pictures of various dogs that had been groomed at your shop and stating I would like the same haircut, and being told no problem. You will also have camera footage of my being told how excellent she was and that they didn't have any problems with her and hoped I would bring her back. Quite frankly it was more the response to my being unhappy with the cut than the cut itself that prompted my one star.
