“I posted a bad review several years ago because the staff and manager of this store were downright rude. I called them today to find the paint colors I had used previously and got a new manager, Mel. He went out of his way to be polite, helpful, and courteous. He spent time making sure I had the right information and helped me to find a perfect match to a discontinued color. He apologized for my past experiences and let me know that the company was aware of the problems and had replaced all of the previous staff. A+ to Mel and his other staff I also had the pleasure of dealing with.”

“Visited A&E Paint Center in Cape Coral to make a decent sized purchase of Benjamin Moore paint and was greeted by Chuck who provided a level of service that was above and beyond. I had many questions and they were more than happy to take the time to explain the different qualities of the paints. I purchased several colors and they were all mixed perfectly.
