I went to Office Depot today to inquire about printing a larger file that I did not want to use my home printer as it was over 100 pages. I simply wanted to inquire about how much it would cost. It use to be a great place to shop and the service was amazing but lately it is severely lacking. I will drive out my way to Staples before wasting my time here again.

Absolutely horrible customer service… But I’d expect no other than having 3 half baked dumb dumber dumbest So-called adults trying to run a business! Too busy having side conversations behind the counter to actually help a paying customer. Not even help, but totally not even acknowledged. And again, not even surprised that one of them happen to have been the manager. What the hell happened to customer service???

Just called office Depot to ask about a simple 8 1/2 by 11, approximately five line page describing my kitchen stove dishwasher, refrigerator etc.
Houseis for sale just wanted a simple five line description of kitchen upgrades.
Lady was very very unhelpful and a bit of a rude tone to her voice. I told her I could do it in 2 or 3 minutes but I don't want to spend the money for my ink on my printer. Oh my goodness how simple could it be. Never again at office Depot, I'm sorry I don't leave negative reviews what this was almost disrespectful
I just received a generic response from home Depot which says it's from "Owner",
Says to send particular to corporate obviously a AI response. Just train your employees to be polite how hard can that be I don't need to talk to corporate about that, what is going on man??
Contact corporate for your problems?? You got to be kidding me, if you're the "owner" if you're the owner and can't train your employees to be polite maybe you have to go!! oh my goodness unbelievable, companies save money for AI responses, AI is all the big thing today, what a joke, it's been around for years.
Never never again home Depot. It's all about customer service these days and I'm not a complainer, send your response to corporate, disgusting, ridiculous.

Horrible customer service. I'm on a line of 8 people at the self serve, 1 of 3 self serve stations down, and the only employee that will even come to help is at the self serve station for an extended amount of time with a customer. She even left a customer that needed assistance at the full service station. 2 employees in the cash register area talking about going on break while watching this going on. Big business is a joke

Most unfriendly store I’ve been to. I regularly have to drop off packages for FedEx to pick up and I can be standing at the counter and employees do not acknowledge me and when they eventually do come to the counter they do not say a word. Not even hi. No eye contact or a smile even when I say good morning. I’ll keep coming here since it’s the only place close by but I’m in customer service and if I acted like this at my job I’d be written up. Even the floor manager ignored me and kept talking with another employee

I have made copies for years in this store and today is the first day that the manager himself treats the customer with incompetence. From the entrance he told me that they would not make copies if he did not order them online even explaining that he had sent them to their email, he told me that they would not do the job. The very friendly copy staff attended me but there was a time when he asked for assistance from the manager and he left us waiting because he had other things to do. Very incompetent to be the one who runs the store.
The worst store in the area to print copies. Came today to pick up my order that was ready on April 13th and my order disappeared from the inside customer counter (print area).

I had to have some items scanned and emailed a couple times on different days. Ashley/ Supervisor and Jeily/ Service Advisor were INCREDIBLE ! THE KINDNESS and PROFESSIONALISM they showed was off the charts. I'm not really tech savvy and they walked me thru it . I hope Office Depot acknowledges both these young ladies for a job well done. Thank you again Ashley and Jeily ! You need help ask for these 2 ladies spot on excellent workers !!!!

Unacceptable customer service. All I needed was 1 document printed. The self service copiers don't recognize USB. I asked full service counter to print 1 document. The young woman had to call to the back have a manager come up & tell me they can't do it. It's not their policy. I would have to place an order & come back later. He argued with me for longer than it would take to help me. I was there 2 days earlier & they printed for me no problem. Very stupid people. This what's wrong with American business. Do not shop here.
