Horrible customer service. I'm on a line of 8 people at the self serve, 1 of 3 self serve stations down, and the only employee that will even come to help is at the self serve station for an extended amount of time with a customer. She even left a customer that needed assistance at the full service station. 2 employees in the cash register area talking about going on break while watching this going on. Big business is a joke

Most unfriendly store I’ve been to. I regularly have to drop off packages for FedEx to pick up and I can be standing at the counter and employees do not acknowledge me and when they eventually do come to the counter they do not say a word. Not even hi. No eye contact or a smile even when I say good morning. I’ll keep coming here since it’s the only place close by but I’m in customer service and if I acted like this at my job I’d be written up. Even the floor manager ignored me and kept talking with another employee

I had to have some items scanned and emailed a couple times on different days. Ashley/ Supervisor and Jeily/ Service Advisor were INCREDIBLE ! THE KINDNESS and PROFESSIONALISM they showed was off the charts. I'm not really tech savvy and they walked me thru it . I hope Office Depot acknowledges both these young ladies for a job well done. Thank you again Ashley and Jeily ! You need help ask for these 2 ladies spot on excellent workers !!!!

Ray Is the Most Unprofessional person I’ve ever met in my life. I will make it my Buisness to report him to main Office Depot corporations. He came off as a racist white guy and didn’t want to help me while I was in the store. I asked for supervisor and he said he is the supavisor. Horrible person.

Ashley helped me and she is racist towards Ispanos, in a very bad way and in Spanish she told me that I had to speak English because she who praises Spanish did not want to help me and in a very bad way I had the worst experience, if she does not have the patience to speak with the people, who do not work with the public

Unacceptable customer service. All I needed was 1 document printed. The self service copiers don't recognize USB. I asked full service counter to print 1 document. The young woman had to call to the back have a manager come up & tell me they can't do it. It's not their policy. I would have to place an order & come back later. He argued with me for longer than it would take to help me. I was there 2 days earlier & they printed for me no problem. Very stupid people. This what's wrong with American business. Do not shop here.

Very rude and useless staff. I arrived at 6:40pm to make a copy and the guy told me that they close at 7pm, I looked at my watch and noticed that it was still 20 minutes away from closing. I told him it's 6:40pm and he just walked away. There is also a huge lady at the copy center who pretends there is nobody around so she doesn't have to do anything.

In this store there is the most annoying “Manager” and very bad customer service. I entered the store and asked a person for help, it turns out that person did not look at me, he continued walking and left me talking alone. The girl at the register had to assist me and it turns out that the person was the Manager. That manager is the rudest person I have ever met, annoying, uneducated. I don't know why he is working there if he doesn't have anything to do with customer service, treating everyone badly.
