“I ordered a large shed for my husband for Father’s Day. When we went to pick it up we were surprised to find it packaged in one VERY LARGE 700lb box that wouldn’t fit on either of our vehicles or any of the rental trailers.
Thankfully the customer service team Lesley and another very helpful and kind woman whose name I regrettably don’t remember were able to help us switch it to a delivery without any hassle or delays.
5+ stars for assistance and a clear customer first focus at this location.

“I went to home Depot on skyline in Cape Coral FL. Roxy was a customer service representative that saw I was lost but looking for something. She asked if I need help. I told her I need an electric cord for my new washer and dryer I just ordered from home Depot. She took me right to the cord I needed and walked me to the front. “I wanted to leave a comment about a single associate but couldn't find a way to do that on the Home Depot website. Cheri in the garden center went far above and beyond in helping me locate an item I was in great need of. She searched the entire store (including being sent to lumber from garden and back) and found what I needed. In todays age of self-service and generally poor customer service, she went the extra mile and it is greatly appreciated.”
“Tbe young guy at the paint counter was a huge help! I think his name was Wyatt. Me and my mom went in to get like five different paints and we had no clue what we were buying, except for the colors of course. But he was able to answer all of our questions and get us all hooked up in no time!”

“I believe I used this vendor a few years back. Wanted to order some additional river rock for new areas. The young man answering the phone said he doesn’t know how to do the computer. And the owner woukd have to call back. And I wouid need to give him a credit card I used to look up prior order. The original order was great!!
I’m sad to see that they don’t have a way to ensure matching rock without “ bringing up a sample”.
Maybe look into a newer system ???
