My girlfriend and I went engagement ring shopping this past weekend. Shelly was very helpful and answered all our questions. They have a really cool kit that lets you mix and match diamonds/bands, to see what fits your style. That was very helpful for narrowing down what kind of ring my girlfriend wants.

Took my watch in for a battery replacement. Easy right? Well it took a watch vise and other tools to get it apart! Instead of sending me away, they replaced the battery while I waited plus he didn't charge for the additional work. Great service. Thank you.

Absolutely the best Jewelry Store in the area. It’s a small Family owned Store, with incredible Customer Service and outstanding Workmanship. Chase and Shelly up front were just very personable people and just friendly overall, and their Jeweler Tim was able to fix a ring of mine in just a day. I highly recommend them to anyone with jewelry needs.

Cant say enough positive things about Noes’s jewelry. I was heading out on a vacation and in my search for items to bring I found a chain my sister had given to me 30+ years ago. It needed a clasp and since I’m not in the shape I was 30 years ago also needed to be enlarged. They took the time to explain my options and worked with me to keep the price very reasonable. I brought it in around noon and they completed it THAT day…amazing. I have since brought some others items in for repair as well. Great people, don’t hesitate to visit themCaptain Dave

I was looking for a jewelry store near me so as I was on Cape coral parkway I saw to my right a little shop set back never been there before but I stopped in and asked if they would be able to put a battery in my husband's watch, they said yes right away as I wated I looked around and saw a lot of very nice jewelry. An elderly man came in also with a watch that needed a battery his was done first and they asked if he served in the military he said he did a long time ago and they said you don't owe anything and thank you for your service, well the man was so touched he started to tear up. When he left we started talking and they mentioned they do Repair work for free to service members. I thought that was sweet, she asked if I was military and I said no not I put my husband was retired fire fighter. So when his watch was done they also said thank you and there was no charge. I really want anyone who needs jewelry to check them out, they are really great people.

I went to Noe's for the first time to purchase a gift for my husband. WOW!!! The owners Tim and Shelley were there and were very nice, informative and NOT pushie!!! She gave me several options within my budget. I learned they do jewelry repair too...AND DO IT RIGHT THERE and don't have to wait forever. I WILL BE BACK because they treated me like they cared about me and not just trying to make a sale. THIS IS MY JEWELER!!!!

Usually don’t trust leaving my jewelry with anyone however my experience at noes has put my mind to rest and I no longer have to search around to find someone to service my jewelry, they were quick informative and affordable I recommend using them, got my jewelry cleaned a stone reset and a ring resized all in less than 24 hrs, everything now looks its best, and the lady at the desk was super nice, give them a chance if your in the area
