Back in April I was rear-ended and I was referred to Next Level by the Kia dealership. I dealt with Roger during my intake who is amazing. The body work on my car remarkable and they gave me back my car cleaner than I brought it in when it was wrecked. Hands down amazing customer service!

After Hurricane Ian, it has been difficult for all SW Floridans to get their roofs and vehicles repaired. When I got into an accident in February, all collision shops were booked until the end of the summer. Understandable. I called around and come across Next Level. I was worked in and guided by Roger and Johnathan and his staff throughout all the process. Roger kept tabs on me and updated me throughout the whole ordeal. These guys are awesome, my car looked new as I bought it 4 years ago. The paint job was awesome and I was able to use my car in due time. Actually, sooner than expected. Thank you guys so much for your professionalism and dedication to the art. You guys are for your customers. Consider me a returning customer. God bless you guys ?

Next Level Auto Collision went above and beond my expectations they were very friendly help me right away explain the whole process very efficiently. I worked with Edwin very professional stayed in contact through out the whole process any question and concerned were answered right away. After going through a hurricane the last thing is going through insurance Edwin took care of everything I did not have to miss work and my vehicle was ready very fast the car looked amazing better the when it was purchased. Took my car here to get serviced after the hurricane. It had dents and deep scratches all over. They did an amazing job and had it looking like new. Had small dent and paint broken in lift gate area of my SUV. Edwin advised me to order paint from dealership and he would fix it. Returned with paint the following week and he fixed the same day while I waited. Would not accept payment as it was a small job. Very honest and recommend highly..Service: Body & Trim

Been here 3 times, theyll have your car fixed in about a month (waiting on parts and insurance). Their work is high quality, dont really notice my vehicle's been in an accident after they repair it.
