When Mister Car wash bought out Downtowner Car Wash locations they apparently purchased everything except the customer service. Want a full detail ? “We don’t offer that anymore.” Want your interior cleaned? “We don’t do that either, but you are welcome to do it yourself,”. Need your car detailed before you put it up for sale? Nope. Not offered. Want the bugs cleaned off the front of your car? One time through the wash doesn’t touch them.

I went through thr car wash the bottom of my car was very dirty. I told the attendant. I went through again. Only one side was cleaned. I was very disappointed with the wash. Normally it is very good.

Apparently my 85 year old husband went to Mister Car Wash once in March before we returned to NY. Unfortunately I just now noticed a recurring charge on our credit card statement. I called and asked for some proof of his signing up for a membership (which he never would have done because we live in NY!). I was told the policy is a verbal agreement. Really? How is that even legal? Do employees earn a commission for selling memberships that customers don’t agree to? We have no sticker on our van and no membership card. I would think Mister Car Wash would need something signed in order to bill our credit card on a recurring basis. I will continue to pursue this matter and I expect a full refund.

To the management of Mister Car Wash: How do you justify asking me to tip an automatic car wash? I don't need an employee reading to me the prompts on the payment kiosk. I can read them myself. Your service has gone to crap. You no longer spray the rims or the front of the hood for bugs. Luckily, there are plenty of car wash options in Cape Coral.

My car battery died today right as I was entering the car wash. Talk about the worst spot ever- the team at this location stepped up right away and jumped my truck and made sure I was ok to make it home. Wonderful service!

I don't know if this is the only one that Spot Free rinse does not work. I only go here because of the location. This needs to be addressed. I have to towel down my vehicle after a car wash. Otherwise it will spot everywhere.
