Quick, friendly and efficient. They handled my insurance and installed it in less time than they thought it’d take. They calibrate the forward monitoring system, which not every shop can do. If crap falls out of a dump truck and cracks your windshield, give these guys a call.

Recently had a windshield replaced on my expensive sports car. Mike's did an outstanding job and treated my car with care being careful to not scratch the paint, etc. The replacement looks like factory. It is important to note that the work was completed at exactly the estimated time given me. I highly recommend this company for your replacement glass needs.

Danelle was so great on the phone contacting the insurance company while I was on the phone for two vehicles for mobile chip repair. She dispatched Sam and he was there within an hour! It was a last minute decision on my part since both vehicles were here, and it was done so quickly. Thank you! Im very impressed, and will suggest this company to anyone that needs a windshield chip repair.

We used Mike's to replace a fogged-up window in our RV. Super pleased with their service! Coy arrived on the date promised, had the old window out in no time, and covered the opening very thoroughly - it survived the record, one-day rainfall that Ft. Myers received on January 27! The replacement window was ready in the time promised. Coy again arrived in the specified time frame, and the window was installed in a matter of minutes! Great job!!!

They replaced my RV glass. They had to order it 3 times because when one, arrived, it was broken - when the third one arrived intact, they moved there schedule around to install mine the next day, as we were planning on leaving the area soon. Great installers - very professional!

If you want to waste your time....make an appointment with these guys. They have very friendly schedulers on the phone but NO RESPECT for your time. I made an appointment to have my RV glass repaired...they gave me a 4 hr window when a technician would come (10-2pm)....I waited patiently and NO ONE SHOWED up!!! I called and they assured me a technician would be there in an hour....I waited.....NOTHING!! I called again and they asked if I wanted to RESCHEDULE!! Yes, please....like a SHARP stick in my eye!!
