Went in to check it out and the"kid" behind the counter was rude and very unprofessional. So many other gyms to pick from, definitely not this place.

I work out here whenever around the clock is closed and I’m not able to get to the gym earlier. Not a terrible gym. The price is pretty comparable to the competition. I would have to say my complaints would be the fact that the bathrooms are often nasty and stink bad, the entire gym is overdue for a renovation, over 12 machines need to be reupholstered for what seems like forever now and I’m always plagued with the same terrible Bob FM radio. You get pretty tired of hearing the same songs after the 3 millionth time. At this point I would pay extra if they would just turn Bob FM off. And I mean it. The owner must be very cheap cause not much changes here.

The owners are cheap!They don't keep up with machine repair. Of 4 TRUE CS900 Computerized recumbent Bikes,.not one works properly. This has been over 6 months and nothing is done to repair or replace themHorrible customer service. These owners are great at taking membership fees, but allow equipment repairs go untouched.Owner walks around pretending she doesn't have a clue and actually lies saying she's not the owner. Why, because she's a cheap liar.BBB has Mid Cape fitness rated an F. No explanation required for the F. The F stands for the owners don't give a Fu€k.

This gym has the best no nonsense billing policy of all the other gyms.Very reasonable monthly rate.Annual fee is very fair.Plenty of machines.I cannot see why people have complained about the terms they haven't understood apparently.Personally, there is nothing to complain about this gym in anyway.And for those who are considering leaving, You obviously can't commit to your personal health in addition to complaining about fees.

They will not cancel the membership for my husband and keep taking the fees out of our account. I have repeated contacted them and reported them to the BBB. Horrible experience!!

They charged me 2 months to cancel and kept sending the invoice claiming that only with the manager could it be canceled

Stopped in to inquire about membership and a possible tour of the facility. There were two employees standing there. They informed me that no one was available and suggested I should just walk around. They were kind enough to go through pricing. After reading other reviews about how difficult it is to cancel membership I decided it wasn’t for me.

I have a membership here, and I have been getting charged an extra 20 dollars a month. For a late fee, but the card they have on file has the money on it. When I called to try and get it resolved the guy on the phone was pretty rude about it and said that there is nothing they can do about billing.

Worse than any other gym I've tried to leave. If you try to cancel your membership, you may end up in a lawsuit to get your membership cancelled, like me. I was called out of town for several months due to work. As a result, I wanted to cancel my membership temporarily until I returned to Florida. After this experience, not only will I not be rejoining this dumpster fire of a gym, but I if I don't receive a refund for my cancelled membership within the next several business days I will also be filing a suit in small claims court. What a nightmare just to cancel a membership!! They asked me to send an email to their admin site but then conveniently say they never received it however, I have documented evidence that they did indeed receive and open the email. I will also be filing a claim with the BBB if they are associated with them. When I called back to discuss they were rude, yelled over me, or just refused answer 36 of my calls in a row... They are literally the WORST! NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR BANKING INFORMATION!!! They are still trying to charge a card that has been expired for the last several weeks and in fact the only way I realized I was still being charged was that I got a call from their management company stating my card was declined. IT WILL CONTINUE TO BE DECLINED... FOREVER! I will tell every single person I know what a absolute trash can this gym and it's owners are. Oh, they also won't tell you who you need to speak with in order to get it resolved. When I asked Adrian who I could call back and ask for, she said "I have been told not to tell you that". What an absolute joke! You won't even tell me the name of the person I need to speak with to resolve the issue???

Awesome, nobody sits on machines and works out there cell phones for 20 min. A real gym!!!
