Terrible experience, I took out the lines there out of necessity, the treatment received that day was terrible, the invoice only details fictitious tablet lines that I never had and that do not match the numbers actually activated (I paid $350, it is on the invoice for 2 services that writings add up to only $30 INCREDIBLE), 2 tablets that despite my complaint they continued to charge until today when I called 611 and managed to fix everything. Oh and the insurance of a mobile phone that I have had free and for years.

Worst customer service I've ever gotten. Sold me a new phone and screen protector knowing it was faulty then refused to fix it. Cindy if you see this I hope you lose your job because you don't belong in customer service with your snotty rude attitude! An to talk about a customer right in front of them in a different language assuming they don't understand you is extremely rude and unprofessional.Edit:I just found out I was eligible for an upgrade yet the store didn't say anything about it to me at all. None the less they should honor products they sell for at least 24hrs wich they refused to do. Will never use that store again an to be honest I may cancel metro all together !

The staff here was confusing and rude to my mom, and didn't care that the service they are charging us for was not being delivered.We appreciate that they were here after the hurricane, but it is really a sign of the times when these sales people don't seem to care at all about their older customers'questions, and concerns -except to threaten to take away the deal she was on for a worse deal. We had a similar experience on the phone so...idk TMobile customer service may be the biggest issue here

The two young ladies in the store did not want to work. I told the the deal I was quoted at the other pine Island store. And they said impossible. Plus the only had two phones out of 20 on display. Hard to believe. I went outside and bought a phone and plan online ..got the phone I wanted and saved a ton on my car insurance. Lol just kidding. . Any way I ll have to wait for shipping but a new phone with a 400$ discount is awesome if you ask me. And you can send miss lazy and miss lazy#2 home cause they aren't worth the minimum wage they're just standing there. I said thanks for the help and btw I saved 400$ online. Anyone else would congratulate you. But all I received was a blank stare. As if. I spoke Taiwanese. I pat myself on the back for navigating the Metro app and saving a ton . I should run this store. Maybe I'll apply.

Terrible customer service. I stood there for 25 minutes holding my son, while there were three workers there. Only one was busy with someone else. Some acknowledgement would have been nice.

Absolutely disappointed with this franchise location. Called customer care to suspend the 5G gateway internet and refund the modem. Customer care took great quick care of me and ensured I would have no issues returning the modem at the store where I purchased it. "Manager" Daniela refused to even speak with me about a return/refund because IT WAS NOT IN THE BOX. Flat out refused to even look my account up because I trusted the service and tossed the box. Called customer care again who told me that was unacceptable and they needed to refund the modem. Went back to store and Mary told me at first that it was non refundable as I walked through the door. Then changed the story and said because I cancelled the service over the phone that she couldn't take the modem. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible service. Will NOT be returning.

If i was allowed to put no star at all that would have been my first choice. I seriously recommend not going to this location for any service what so ever, had i read reviews before hand i would have never let my mom get service at this location. Dealt with both Mary and Daniella, both VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, terrible attitudes, customer care themselves filed a complaint againt them, as my daughter was on the phone with customer care i was tryin to have a conversation with Mary about the issue and she numerous times just ignored me having phone conversations as well as texing. Spoke with corporate about the issue as well as customer care. It’s just really ashame that employees arent better screened before being hired, you don’t belong in a profession dealing with people when you behave the way these two did. Very disappointed, and metro may have plenty of customers and may not care, but i can tell you i know a majority of people who have it and are now in the process of changing carriers. And i’m sure from the reviews i’ve read that a lot more will be as well. Employees make a difference in a company believe that!

Please dont go to this store. One month ago I went to this store to add a 5 line to my plan. I was charged $98.89. That was a little bit suspicious so i called corporate. When i called corporated they said only $45 was put into the system. So, the store manager Danielle or Daniela robbed me almost $50. DONT GO TO THIS STORE.

I was successful in messing up my old phone. Natalie came to my rescue, got it up and functioning until I came back in a couple days later and she assisted me on purchasing a new one and the set up of it. To the management folks, you have a fine personable and knowledgeable employee in Natalie. Other Metro stores that I have frequented, lacked that same customer service that she provided. I think she should get a raise!

A nice young lady, with apparently no training, messed up our initial contract six months ago. We are on hold for help for more than hour each month. We finally thought issue was fixed when a supervisor helped.You know the dance, we paid extra yet the very next month.Called for help yet again, very nice lady takes information and says supervisor will call.Haven’t heard a word from T Mobile in more than a week.No big surprise.In the past, I’ve used most larger carriers, switching most recently from Verizon for T Mobile’s great deal.Haha.Verizon we can’t wait to switch back.Customer support has the nicest workers. “The Uncarriier” clearly lacks proper execution by its managers.Very frustrated here.

IF YOU WANT A GOOD DEAL, COME TO THIS STORE. I went to this store yesterday and there was a line and the two girls working there were doing their work pretty fast!! I was impressed. great service. I recommend this location 100%
