I’ve been calling for days to find out if they have an iPhone 15 pro and never get an answer. I went there today and asked if they had a phone customers can call on and she said the phone had been broken since hurricane Ian (9/28/2022) and they haven’t fixed it yet. Really??? And they had no IPhone 15’s. Pathetic

So I’ve never had issues ever with metro. But today I go to pay a bill along with four other men at 2:42pm seeing they close at 4pm i got there at around 2:20pm I rushed over really quick. I noticed a issue when I go to open the door and it’s locked. No signs nothing lights All on. Then as I’m calling the store all of the sudden I look up and some random women is walking from the back and the cashier is standing behind the register now which is strange seeing me and four others weren’t noticed or anything? Store is locked during business hours with no signs saying break or anything with a non employee inside? When I came in and said hi nicely wasn’t upset or mean the random lady that was in the locked store ran out and disappeared either into a car or tan around the back. Very strange. She didn’t even apologize for locking and ignoring the customers standing outside seeing she had no reason to close a hour before closing. Ill be taking my business to the metro down the road since they don’t pull this.

I have had metro as my cell for 21+ years. They are reasonable in cost, the best in service and so much to choose from in plans and phones.

I will be complaining to the BBB next, i went in to add a new line to my account. The lady that help me looked at me and spoke English then when i asked her if she had a phone in stock she told me no, then i asked in Spanish then she told me she only had what's on the counter. I then asked what do i need to do to get the phone. I offered to call other stores, and once i said that she pulled it out if the back. Her name maidiet, smaller short blonde hair woman. 1st the promotion on the phone stands are expired! the worker told me later at time the of helping me. 2nd she charged my card 160 and didn't give me a receipt for the phone or what i just purchased. 3rd before leaving i checked my metro app and new services were added to the phone that i didn't ask for like calling to Mexico and Canada. 4th told me the case comes included but I'm pretty sure she charged me for it. 5th when i showered her my phone and the my metro app she couldn't explain it to me that why is my bill due again on the 21
