my adult daughter calls me at 5:45 PM on a Sunday late afternoon that she was in desperate need of a bed. It was so bad her back was hurting so I first went to a competitor furniture store.
I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. Everything they had on display had sold tags on them. I ask if there was anything else I could do. They said maybe come back another day it was obvious
The sales lady wanted to go home five minutes before closing so I left.
While on the phone with a friend of mine he suggested Mattress Firm,
I drove frantically through the parking lot hoping to get in the doors before 6 o’clock closing. When I approached the door it was exactly 6 o’clock. I pulled on the door handle. The door was locked. A gentleman came and opened the door. His name was Matt and asked how could he help me? I told my new best friend I was looking for a bed for my daughter within 20 minutes. I had a bed a platform delivery and installation and confirmation at 6:45.my daughter is over the moon with her new 12 inch Sealy memory foam bed with the upgraded bed platform.
I will refer everyone I know to give mattress firm The opportunity to experience The savings and the professionalism that Matt at Mattress Firm has to offer. Thanks Again Matt at Mattress

Jordan at the 305 SW Pine Island location was as professional as they come. I was greeted as soon as the door was opened. He was polite, knowledgeable, and could tell he wanted to help people not sell products. He knew his inventory, explained the warranties and unwrapping/maintenance required to keep the product lasting as long as it should. Jordan I appreciate your help in getting my son his new mattress and I have a feeling my mom will be coming back to do business with you as well.
