Good selection of beds to try out. Salesman was on his first few days of work after 6 weeks training and did the right thing to check in to verify he was doing everything right. (He was.) very personable and helpful.. a good experience

Thank you to Lesly, our salesperson who was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to MattressFirm products.
She didn't rush us but guided us to something that would suit us . We would shop with them again when we need another mattress.

Very professional. Mike was very knowledgeable in helping us in choosing the right mattress for us, and our granddaughter. Were looking at other mattresses and he showed us the difference between the two. Thank you so much. 1st time in a long time since I have had a good night sleep.

It it wasn’t for Mischelle and now her assistant Ashley I would not have purchased anything else from this company. My first delivery experience was horrible along with damage done to my other furniture but thanks to Mischelle who had helped me thru this whole ordeal, I decided to purchase from Mattress Firm again.
With her busy schedule she still took time out for me and my concerns. She even had Ashley help her out and she’s been wonderful. Very bubbly and friendly. I’ve enjoyed her assistance
So for that I gave a Five.
