I'm one of those people that never knows when she has time to get her nails done and usually show up without an appointment in place. For the past year or so they have never once turned me away and wait time was little to none. Today was no exception. Huge color selection and friendly people.

Recently moved and wanted to find a new more convenient salon. They were able to accommodate a same day late appointment. The price was very good. Everyone was very friendly, lots of color choices. Have to see how they hold up, but pretty sure I found my new spot!

Mai and her staff do a very good job. I've never had to wait for my appointment. Polish selection is good. Technicians are skilled and keep appointments running smoothly. Less busy from
3:00pm on. Excellent range of open hours. Flat screen TV is usually on to watch. All pedicure station chairs have built in variable massagers.

Best nail salon in the Cape. I went through at least 6 salons before finding Cory to do my nails. I stopped going when Covid came through, last year I picked back up and he does an amazing job every time. I find it unreasonable that walk ins who can't be accommodated write bad reviews for them, I always see them going out of their way to find a way to get you serviced however, if they are booked they are booked. Call ahead will always be better. Additionally, I don't think it is rude that they speak in their native language to each other as some have indicated in their reviews. You eat in restaurants from different cultures and they speak their native language so what is the difference? They communicate in English to customers and I see them greet everyone. Great place, great service!

Made an appointment for 2 pedicures today at 10.
Place is locked up tight. ?♀️?♀️
Note that A) the person who answered and scheduled the appointments for today told me that today at 10 was perfect.
Why would I check the website when I spoke with a person?
Yes- once we ARRIVED We saw the place was closed. Commenting that I was at fault for not knowing this place wasn’t open when the gentleman I spoke with said they would be open at 9am.
Own the behavior of the employees. ?

First time coming to this nail salon in Cape Coral. Seated right away, Ruby did absolutely great with my nails. I love my birthday nails <3. Thank you so much Ruby. Definitely will come back again.

The women who did my nails was very unfriendly, the 3 nails that she had to replace are flat with no shape or arch to the nail bed. The prices are way too high. The other girl who did my design was nothing but amazing and friendly, I honestly wish she had done my whole fill, I will not be going back.
