The most rude, unhelpful, smart talking group of women are running the “returns and customer service” area. Bought a water heater that was in the box USED at 9am. By 11am I was back in there to return it, and they made it as hard as humanly possible, with slick remarks throughout. On the way out, one of them said “Go to Home Depot”. Lol ok

Went in to buy a sheet of plywood and when I asked to have it cut in four pieces, two straight cuts, the guy who is supposed to cut the wood acted like I was asking for chess pieces. Complete waste of my time. DID NOT BUY.

Horrible manager older lady. Rude and power trippy. Does not care that she created a huge issue. Front associate took my cart which had several hundred dollars worth of items in it and put it in an area that she suggested I put it in and she said that she would tell the other associate. She assured me everything should be okay as long as I got back before the store closed . I told her I'd be back within 45 minutes to an hour at most. She did tell the other associate who was trying to be helpful but the manager took it upon herself to have the items moved to the tool area and they put everything away even though I came back within the 45 minute window that I had promised . Didn't even apologize and walked away. She needs to be fired and brought my very tired recovering cancer patient mom back to the store because I wanted to make sure we had everything that she wanted and get her feedback before I went out and purchased even more items for a big job that I have going on at my house. So this woman disrespected me and my mother. Horrible person who really does not need to be in customer service at all. I have been shopping here for many years exclusively. You guys lost all of my business.

I recently had a great experience at Lowe's. They had everything I was looking for, making my shopping trip quick and efficient. The highlight was the support desk, where I needed to make a return and get a replacement. The process was smooth and hassle-free, with the staff being extremely helpful and courteous. They addressed my issue promptly, ensuring I left the store satisfied. Lowe's continues to be my go-to store for all my home improvement needs, thanks to their excellent product availability and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend for anyone seeking reliable and efficient service!

Lowe corporate stikes again. According to the man in the lumber department, Lowe's will only make 4 cuts per visit.
And truly didn't even do a good job of that.
Leaving very disappointed.
A Little more to Add, the other large orange home improvement center not only still cuts wood, but would not charge me for my additional cuts because of how I was treated at Lowe's.
I am sure I will shop here again, but am concerned about some of my recent experiences. If someone from Lowe’s reaches out I would be happy to ammend my review if they charge this policy.

I think everyone else's complaints speak volumes..mainly the employees aren't giving the proper customer service, nor diligence required to everyone that's shopping at this location. Just a simple return procedure turns into a dilemma, and accusations without even attempting to look into the transaction or the receipt that is presented for that matter. And the employees are certainly not welcoming. This store needs to be reevaluated throughly.

My partner and I frequent this Lowe’s since we have been completing multiple projects to spruce up our new home, and 9 out of 10 times have no issue. Today was different, for whatever reason. A tool we purchased yesterday didn’t work for our yard and we went in to return it (with the tag attached, receipt and original form of payment present). The woman at the returns register, “K”, was nothing near welcoming. After letting her know we were returning the tool because it didn’t work for our current project, she continuously looked back and turned to speak with her coworkers in whisper tones, to which they looked up at me.. why?? I truly am not one to complain or assume, but I really do believe she was discriminating against me because of my skin color (I am black). Throughout the remainder of the interaction, she didn’t speak to me, and what is typically a few seconds/a minute to return an item, turned to a few minutes of silent judgement. When she gave the receipt to sign, my partner (who is white, and we are two women..) signed and she asked “whose name is it under?” To which I said hers (we used her card for that particular purchase, but she just didn’t feel like talking at the moment, and honestly I get why now) .. “K” rudely got the receipt and gestured it to my partner despite me saying thank you and completely ignored the fact that I was reaching out for the receipt, not my partner, and didn’t make eye contact or acknowledge me… we walked away and continued browsing for plants, didn’t find anything of our interest at the moment, then began to leave. My partner went ahead of me and I turned around to look at one last item, I immediately noticed “K” staring at me from a distance. I asked to speak with a manager due to the poor customer service. A kind lady (whose name I didn’t get) listened to my concerns. Despite this, I feel shaken and so upset at this treatment, as we frequent this Lowe’s for our projects. This is sad. Silence speaks way louder than words and I her “K’s” silence. People like that should not be working for Lowe’s.
I really hate writing negative reviews but this really upset me.

This store is close by where I live, but I strongly recommend to go to Home depot. Because HOME DEPOT IS MORE FRIENDLY!!! Today I went to this store to get some lumbers as usual. Their employee was rude and careless, also they don't even want to cut my 2x4 lumbers for me(maybe I am Asian). But finally I got what I want in home depot. Nice and smooth!!! Better lumber quality and best custom service. I will telling this story to all of the people I know.
