Every Lowes has a problem with employees waiting on the customer! I have had better luck at the Lowes on Pine Island Rd. Than others. People need help so please get more help or train employees to be available!!

I like the store in general but don’t get the primo water from them because they only exchange them here but if you go to turn the bottles into get your deposit back forget about it!

I went to Lowes to pick up several cans of touch up paint. The service at the paint counter was excellent. The gentleman at the counter was helpful and got my order together quickly. It is always a pleasure to shop at this store.

My parents purchased a dishwasher from this store. At the time of purchase we were told that the dishwasher was in stock in the back and that we would get a call within 48 hours to schedule the installation. My father called 4 days later to say he wasn't contacted for installation yet. I was next to him while on speaker with the appliance guy at lowes. Not an apology or anything just rudely said your unit is not in stock and we wouldn't be getting a call until mid-week the next week. This is absolutely outrageous and tells me they were lied to.

On October 25th, 2023, I acquired an AKDY range hood with order number 787608553.Upon installation, it became apparent that the metal on the hood vents did not match the unit. Consequently, I contacted your customer service hotline seeking guidance on the return process. I was initially informed by the assistant store manager, Tiffany, at the Cape Coral 33914 location that a return would not be possible. After further discussion, she mentioned the option of a return with a 20% restocking fee which is not fair to me for a defective item.In an effort to resolve this matter, I contacted the customer service hotline once more and was assured that an exception could be made due to the defective nature of the product. Nevertheless, Tiffany insisted on the imposition of the restocking fee.As a loyal customer, I find this situation to be unacceptable. I place significant trust in the products offered by Lowe's. In light of this experience, I have left the hood at the customer service department and kindly request Lowe's to process a full refund of $319.49.I had initially intended to replace the defective item with another purchase, specifically the Item #1655319, Model #NK30R5000WG. However, the current circumstances have given me pause.I believe in the integrity of Lowe's and hope that we can amicably resolve this matter. I appreciate your attention to this concern and look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution.Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

Lowes has gone downhill with poor customer service and this store and the installation group are major reasons why. I had requested an appointment to schedule a consult for replacing a sliding door and after one missed appointment and lots of excuses the sales rep, Eileen came out in early January 2023. She did the rough measurements and gave me a quote that I accepted. The door took a while to arrive but I was understanding because of supply chain issues. Finally I received a call to schedule installation and the installers showed up but there was no door because the store and customer service never delivered it or properly coordinated this. After more waiting the door and the installers arrived and the door looked used. It was scratched on both panels and the handle/lock assemblies were both bent. After multiple requests it took them nearly two months to just come out and inspect. It was determined that the whole door needed to be replaced, this was in July of 2023. Time went by and I made repeated requests to get the ETA only to find out the door was never reordered. They finally ordered it in September of 2023 and the replacement door arrived in late November 2023 but is not able to be installed until late January of 2024. In October of 2023 I reached to Eileen Moore for a simple request of a copy of the original contract and it was ignored. In early November I reached out to Amy Walters (Project Support Professional) expressing my growing frustration and that was ignored as well. On December 5th I received a call from customer service to schedule the delivery and asked the person why the long wait. He let me know that Eileen Moore is only sales and is not required to follow up and that Amy Walters email box receives thousands of emails so I should have not expected a response. So essentially there is no or very little customer service once they have your money. The people at Home Depot can thank Lowes for my business going forward and hopefully they will now how to treat customers.EDIT: As a follow up to their response below telling me to give them a call because "We will continue to do everything we can to speed up and improve our customer service delivery" - I called the number they provided and was given a recording telling me to wait 30 minutes for the next customer service person........the same old story.

Went to Lowe’s on a Friday evening to look for a part that are new dishwasher didn’t come with… I normally don’t shop at Lowe’s and usually do my hardware shopping at Home Depot,.. as I entered the store I knew I was needing a part from the electrical aisle I knew I would find the aisle but figured since there was an associate at the front entry way I might as well ask what aisle and save a few steps. The associate informed me right away he wasn’t sure but what ask another worker, moments later he returned to tell me that they actually don’t have an electrical aisle and that electrical products and supplies are scattered around the store? I was literally floored!Mean while I ended up finding the aisle and finding my part, I’m sure he was new and rather young but at least put some effort into the training!

Where do I start…we stopped in around 8:30pm tonight to buy some blinds that we needed cut. We originally went to the other store in Cape Coral but like usual they didn’t have anything in stock. We talked to a Megan who was so unprofessional and rude. I guess this location closes at 9:00pm instead of 10:00pm. So she was upset I was even there. When I was giving her the size of blinds I needed it wasn’t on the shelf even though it said the store had 34 of them. But she kept saying “once again it’s not on the shelf” in a condescending way. Then she felt the need to remind me it was 8:30pm. So we’re deciding we weren’t going to give Lowe’s any of our money anymore. But before I left I went to speak to a manager his name was Donovan and he just stood there smiling and didn’t say anything or offer anything. You could tell he was just like it’s almost closing time and he could care less about our issue. To be honest he was a poor excuse of a manager. I won’t be back I think I’m sticking with Home Depot for now on.

I always hate going to one of the big box stores anyway....but this place really reminds me why. It is always dirty, crowded, aisles full of half full stocking carts that have been left by employees, trying to get help is frustrating and half the folks have no idea about hardware and building products. Their lumber is particularly lousy....even by big box store standards, which are pretty low. Searching in Number 2 Prime lumber or better, it took me several hours and a ton of sweat to move enough lumber to get enough for a couple of work tables I was building. Lumber is warped, bent, split at the ends, cracked in the middle and poorly pressure treated...especially ground contact lumber. I go there as an absolute last resort and have even started buying my lumber at a specialty dock and deck store where it is more expensive, but at least I don't have to throw 25% of it away because it is unusable.

On each occurrence of ordering, I always get a cancel order immediately. Tried to order item number 749384 , said they had 38 of them, but then cancelled. This has happened the last five orders I tried to order. Comapnies like this continue to make excuses some 3 years later for Covid, when it simply is whomever is responsible for inventory is not doing their job, probably a service.
