Took a watch to have the band fixed today and was amazed at the friendly & professional way we were greeted. It was a simple fix & he did it while we waited, I know it only took him 5 minutes, but he still took the time and stopped what he was doing, I asked what I owed him and he said nothing. This business cares about their customers! I will recommend this awesome business to all and they have made a lifelong customer with my wife & I. Glad to see there are still a few businesses left with the attitude that making customers happy will increase their profits in the long run, due to word of mouth & great reviews, wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I was so please at the repair and price I paid at this family owned store. We purchased an Opal ring on ebay at a fair price. Unfotunately, the stne was somewhat loose. WEnt to the first jeweler on Del Prado and was given a price to repair of $ 525.00, being they claimed that it needed additional prongs in 18kt gold , which the band was. We paid $850.00 for the ring and the price seemed a bit too much. Ended up going to Lollis and was given a price of repair of $38.00. I gave them the ring instantly and was shocked at the price I was given. The 4 prongs on the ring were tightened and epoxy was added to the back. It was even cleaned as well and sparkles now like a new ring. They gained a customer for life , for sure!

Jeff resized my engagement ring for me today. He is so friendly and efficient! I will be bringing all of my jewelry needs to Lolli's going forward. Not to mention, you can't beat the prices for jewelry sizing at Lolli's!

Jeff was extremely helpful in getting the capacitor in my Citizen eco drive watch replaced and he did it at a fair price and it only took 4 days. Will definitely go to Jeff @ Lolli's for all my future watch and jewelry needs!

My family has been using this jewelry store for years for all our needs. My fiance went to them with some ideas for an engagement ring and the ring is amazing they took my love for lotus flowers and emerald as my birth stone and created a master peice I get complements on a daily basis!!!

Thank you for the excellent customer service! We had jewelry repaired and returned to us in less than 24 hours. I never expected such a quick turn around. The gemologist shared his extensive knowledge and was very patient and forthcoming. We will recommend Lolli's to anyone!

Oh my gosh! I absolutely love Lolli’s very friendly and inviting they make you feel like part of the family. I had my engagement ring and wedding band soldered here and they did an amazing job you can’t even see where they soldered them! This is the only place I would take my precious jewelry

Jeff at lollies is amazing.. extremely knowledgeable and friendly.. had to have a ring soldered and other jewelry stores were telling me it takes a week two.. thought that was nonsense.. jeff did it where we could see our ring.. cant thank him enough.. awesome job at a great price.. jeff is our new jewelry repair guy
