Recently had the transmission on my work vehicle replaced by Leading Edge with a new transmission. Traveling out of state, the transmission failed. Wife called Leading Edge and was told they would take care of it. The vehicle was towed to a shop, where it was found that Leading Edge had installed a used transmission, instead of the new one I had purchased. Leading Edge told us to tow the vehicle to different locations to find the lowest cost for the repairs. Once the transmission was replaced, Leading Edge wouldn't pay for the repairs.Leading Edge said, "they can't lose money on this."My wife reviewed the charges of the new transmission and found out the labor and services cost less near Washington, DC than what Leading Edge charges. She called them and gave them another opportunity to stand behind their work. They promised to pay. When picking up the vehicle, Leading Edge had refused to pay. I had to pay to get my vehicle released.Leading Edge substituted a used transmission for the new transmission they charged me, they refused to stand behind their work, told us they would cover the repairs, but didn't, and charged more than a similar shop in Washington, DC.

Came he for the first time and instantly was treated like family. Told me what was wrong with my vehicle gave me a quick estimate. Before they do any further work they called and ask if I want any more work done to my vehicle. Price was reasonably fair, amazing consumer service come check these guys out don’t sleep.

Owner was very adamant to make sure the issue I had was fixed after it initially wasn’t. Even personally drove me to my job when I had to bring it back.This level of care for customers is rare to find around here and I will be coming back. Definitely, one of the best car repair shops, I am definitely impressed, I took my Mercedes to have work done, they were very professional and reasonably priced. I will definitely come back for any further repairs in the future

I cannot praise this business more. Had a bit of an emergency with my brakes, and this company was highly recommended-and now I personally know why. I called and they were booked and only had a small window to have my vehicle checked out. I got it over within minutes and David was awesome. He did not over promise me anything, but said they would try and take a look at my vehicle sometime that day. Long story short- they were able to check it out AND do the repairs by end of day. He was very busy, but nothing short of professional and friendly even a smile. (Which seems to be rare these days) . Customer service is a 10!! Explained what was needed, got my approval and got the work done. AND all at a fair price!! Didn’t overcharge because of the emergency, and did an outstanding job. I can feel safe in my car again thanks to this team of amazing professionals. Will recommend them to everyone and will be a forever customer!Services: Auto A/C recharge

Had a fuel system issue back in May. Problem was misdiagnosed at 1st, and I was in a tight spot. I got a 2nd opinion and brought in my friend fresh out of the hospital. Ultimately, the problem was fixed, and discounts were made. David was pretty courteous, for the most part. However, take their initial diagnoses with a grain of salt if you're a female car owner. You might need an advocate.

Went in with AC trouble and they did a great job. They were honest and fair and informative. I was even going to ask if they could pump up my tires because my signal was on and they had already done it. I will be going back and telling my husband.

They run a system of taking your money and charging you for work you did not have done. ALWAYS double check before you pay anywhere let alone here

So I’ve been a customer since 2014 with the previous owner today was the first time I went with the new owner David I went in for a pitstop as they used to call it when you’re going on a trip you go in and have all your fluids checked and your tire pressure checked and there was never a charge. They bring me my keys back tell me they just put some air in my tires and windshield fluid a little bit because it was already almost fall. Everything else was fine. Took about 15-20 minutes max. The girl says there’s a half hour charge, proceeds to charge me $76.45 almost fell over. I’m like what are you kidding me they’ve never charge before oh well we have to charge now OK well if you’re going to charge, let’s be reasonable, you’re not diagnosing anything. I mean I wouldn’t have minded. . I mean I wouldn’t have minded $25 but 75 that’s absurd. I had scheduled to go in for an oil change and tire rotation August 8 and immediately turned around and told her to cancel it that I will not be going back there. It’s one thing to be in business but it’s another thing to have customer service and this is no way to treat your customers, if you want them to return that is, I would not recommend going there cause you’re going to get a overcharged.

I had a great experience at Leading Edge Auto Care. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. The pricing was also very reasonable. You can really tell David puts his all into making sure the customer leaves happy. I highly recommend this mechanic shop!Services: Tires

They fixed my 2008 Accord and were very transparent on work and pricing. They did an awesome job. The mechanics are nice and the women at the desk is literally the sweetest person ever. Good and honest mechanics are hard to find but leading edge is awesome 10/10
