I had an issue with a necklace that was precious to me. A friend recommended that I try this place. They were so nice, very helpful and took care of my problem right away. Thank you all so much. I’ll be back and I’ll recommend this location to everyone.

Stole part of my property I pawned. When I went to purchase it back it was missing and they were rude about it. Save yourself , don’t go here.

Lies straight to my face, and rudely insults me to look up the price of my item on eBay when its Cleary his job to check how much the item is worth, and laughs sarcastically as if I don't know what im doing.

I am surprised this place is still in business. Picture it: fort myers 2004. I had just moved there and needed a little cash to get my son into daycare until I got my first paycheck. I took a necklace, a ring and a bracelet and put them in pawn. Three weeks later I went back, paid and picked up my jewelry. I should have checked it better but my 4 year old was all over the place and I was trying to get out of there before he broke something. I get home and my bracelet was not there. I went back and they acted like they gave me everything back. I begged them to look again but of course they couldn't find my bracelet. I was crying as I left because my grandmother had just passed away and she had left me that bracelet. I still think about it to this day and I am still sad over their dishonesty and lack of compassion. I know my bracelet was probably melted down years ago but I'll never forget their faces when I left crying. They were smiling.

My experience with every single one of their locations has been nothing but beyond negative I wish there was a negative five star that I could apply to this platform. All they do is try to get over and work you while at the same time trying to slam you without outrageous interest rates when they know that you're coming back for your gear. They are rude, inconsiderate and self-centered people who should not even be allowed to be in business with the way they do things. . If you're looking for someone to get over on you that's the they are the thing you can get to Legal robbery. I suggest any other pawn shop in town besides Larry's Pawn especially the one off of Fowler and the one off of Cape Coral Parkway in particular.

Keep a close eye on your property if you want to sell something to them.My friend brought a revolver to them. The older manager handled the gun opening it and checking it was good. He handed it over to the younger employee to look at. The younger employee did something to it and gave it back to the manager saying it was defective (would not open) and not worth much. She didn't trust them so she took the gun back and left.When I met her at her house, She handed me the gun and explained what had occurred. I had the gun open in less than a minute and I've never held a revolver before. What it was, the front end of the ejector pin on this revolver twists to make a hole on the end of the ejector rod go onto a spring pin so the gun will not open once closed. The young employee must have done this while looking at it. It takes less than 10 seconds to twist it all the way locked.I drove her back there because she wanted to confront them for trying to scam her. (To the young employee, yes, is it still a scam if you don't fall for it.) When we got there, she gave them a piece of her mind. The manager was quiet but young employee was so defensive he would not shut up even after the manager told him to at least three times.She sold the revolver across the street at EBS Arms instead.I have never been here for myself before, but from how defensive and belligerent the young employee got and how quiet and small the manager got, it felt to me like the manager was used to getting accused of cheating customers and the young employee is not.(I gave it 2 stars because because I have not personally shopped here.)

Larry and his wife are super cool and very personable and understanding. They gave me a bit more than I thought id get when I came in to get some cash I needed until my check came in. Very grateful. In and out quickly.

Save your time and money and go somewhere else, they are extremely rude, unprofessional, and liars. It’s all overpriced junk, take your hard earned cash and find a shop with some integrity. If you don’t believe my review look at all the other terrible reviews.
