The Hispanic fellow really doesnt want to do his job here. Make sure you bring everything in paper god forbid you have your order on your phone. Not to mention the whole facility looks completely unhygienic. There are stains all over the armrest to be quite frank I'm glad that I couldn't get my blood work done, now I can go to a different location. Stay far away from this place unless you want to take a chance at catching hepatitis.

Today I had an appointment at the Walgreen's Lab Corp on DelPrado. It was next to impossible to communicate with the employee because of her lack of understanding the English language. I asked several times, do you have my appointment and was told to wait and wait. I asked again and after two hours of waiting was told , "no, you do not have an appointment". Fifty percent of their staff did not show up for work and one was totally unqualified to work with customers. There were several people waiting and no one could understand her. I left after waiting the two hours and will avoid Lab Corp at all costs in the future. If this is the best you can do, you really should close down the business.

Even if you have an appointment it takes an hour to be called back. Horrible service. They do not care how long they make you wait and then *they* act put out. Horrible Horrible Horrible.

The lab techs are not good. I had to sign in twice before they called me back and there wasn't anyone else back there except 2 techs. The lady drawing my blood shoved the needle in so far it hurt the entire time. I've never had a worse experience and will not return to this location.

At least they could provide more chairs for those people waiting. Having to stand there for 20 to 30 minutes is a little much for some of us.

I would die before I would use their services, Made appointment online entered all info at that time. Leave the house early cant find office where advertised it was located. Found it stuck in the back of a Walgreens. Cheap little free standing computer on a stick wants all my info again After having to start over several times because I could not enter info fast enough woman comes out of door yells my name then wants to know where is my mask. No one said I needed a mask then proceeds to tell me I would have to go to another location to provide a urine specimen that was ordered along with the blood work, but that they could draw blood. Not a chance got the feeling that providing a blood sample there could kill me. Welcome to the third world, glad I am old and will not have to deal with what this country is turning into. Open the borders and let the games begin.

I went there for a simple blood test and a take home 24 hour urine test container. I'm handicapped and require a walker to get around so the doctor wrote that its blood first drop off urine next day the Spanish gentleman tech was mean, rude and disrespectful to me and had me crying in the office all because i didn't have a mask on and he didnt want to do test as written by doctor.i cant believe a guy like this with so many bad reviews is still working there. Its shameful i spoke to my doctor and she said i should have gotten blood done first he lied to me and said the order wasn't written that way when it clearly was

spanish man needs to find another line ofwork. He is very rude and demanding. I go to walgreens for all lab work and encounter his rudeness every time, This time I called him on it and reported him to another person in the lab which said she will handle it. we will see or I will find another lab.

The Spanish gentleman is rude and should look for a different line of work. Very hateful vibe. Total waste of time. Make sure you wear a mask or you will be treated like trash. It's been over a year since we needed to wear them. If you demand people must wear them then at least provide them. Just an Idea ? ?

The lab techs treat you like trash. Very rude. They also don't even warn you before they're about to poke.I also spotted blood right outside their door. If it's not blood, regardless it should be cleaned up so people DON'T think that it IS blood.

I have always had a good experience at this LabCorp. The Tech's are always very professional, and kind, and experts in drawing blood, hardly feel a thing, and I'm a big baby when it comes to needles.

Had an appointment for 2PM, followed the directions in the text message which said to check in and then wait either in store or in your car and they'd send a text when they're ready for you. Waited for an hour in my car, no text. Went inside. No service. I basically got ghosted for my lab appointment. They close at 3:30 and I never got contacted. What a waste of time, now I'm gonna have to wait another week for an available appointment but I WILL be going somewhere else for my lab work.

I come to this location every 3 months and I couldn't be happier with the technician's at this location. The gentleman that works there is the best!! He never has a problem and I'm a hard stick!! They are very curtious and caring. I would recommend this location to anyone!

Run far!!!!I have had to go weekly due to an illness as well as I have had to bring my teenager for bloodwork. The employees are rude and in particular one Spanish gentleman should not be in any industry dealing with the public much less the healthcare industry. My child has left in tears because he was just flat out mean to him. Also it should be mentioned that there is a sign not to knock on the door but he will call your name and close it so you have to stand outside like a dog until they decide to open it. To give an example, I once while waiting an hour for a sceduled appointment, I went shopping in Walgreen's to kill the time and picked out one nail polish which I had visible in my hand when he called me in. When I started to walk in the door and he asked loudly if I paid for that and when I responded no I plan to after he angrily and loudly said "Put it back, that is stealing". This is just one instance of this man's continual weekly rudeness and because I was sick with medical bills I could not afford to go outside of my insurance to another lab. Now I drive 35 minutes from our house to avoid this rude employee.

Normally wait only 5 or so minutes. This Friday am still waiting after 45. No one says why either. Communication does not seem to be one of their strong traits. What do you do. Your insurance says here.
