At age 54, i have had my taxes done for many years. The accountants and their companies i have used over the years have been both good and bad. I am also somewhat of a procrastinator as well. With that being said, i called and made an appointment to see an accountant the day taxes were due. I was treated exceptionally well and had the pleasure of meeting with Jacqueline, one of the owners of the firm. I will tell you, she not only did a fantastic job for me, but gave me additional tax advice that was extremely helpful. Everyone in the office has a great attitude and very professional.I am so glad to have found Krater & Associates, they truly care about getting it done correctly, not just rushing you through the process.Try using Krater, you won't be disappointed.

Two stars for adequate parking, first mistake to call them,although I dont have a relationship I ended up with the preparer of the day. I explained my situation and although I have 30+ years experience I had a rather tricky situation and needed someone on a consultancy basis. I needed answers that a software program did not address and evidently after one week the preparer was AWOL.. I did manage to contact someone who was quite helpful (although did not fully cover my situation after all I did not pay her, I did pay Mr. AWOL)My recommendation is make sure you get someone qualified, pay with a credit card and with any doubt request someone with experience. Needless to say lost $100 but it could have been worse especially if they did do my taxes. From what I gather OWNERSHIP should buy a power washer and go into business.

OMG!!! Amy is beyond AWESOME. She got me an incredible tax refund and their service fees are very reasonable. She takes on your taxes like it is an enjoyable crossword puzzle and then she has it done in a very responsible time frame. Save yourself some money and frustration. I wish I could show you how lame and expensive my last accountant was that I had used for far too long, really. I think I am actually going to look forward to next tax season!?! Thank you again!! I kinda feel like i should have left her a tip, she is that good!!!!
