Not a big shopper here, but it is my go to place for Amazon returns. They make it easy and fast. Other than having to walk all the way to the back of the store. But sometimes the coupons are great too.

Not only has Kohls changed this store's set up multiple times over the last few months created confusion. They added self checkout, but the lanes are never open. I went there twice within a 2 day period and both times the cashiers were extremely rude. The only thing they said to me was next in line and nothing after that. But their body language and demeanor were displeasing. The second visit the cashier only said "I'm going on my 30" in her headset. There's also never employees around (I don't really care just observation) and everything is quite cluttered. I've always worked retail but if kohls is going to charge $80 for a blazer, a better attitude would be appreciated. I get treated better by Burlington employees and they have way longer lines!

I just wish if it’s offered online at a certain price for pick up. I should be able to go to the store and get it for that price also. Retailers are bribing people with discounts, to shop online so they can convince themselves that shopping online with in-store pick up works.

I went to Kohls a couple days ago and apparently you now have to download an app to do their work and price check your own items instead of having the price checkers in the store. Not everyone is phone savy and wants to down load apps for every single store they go to. Guess the cashier will have more work to do when they see me and I have no idea how much something is.

Kohls is implementing self check out options. By doing so, they have cut down to 4(four) actual manned registers. The lines waiting to check out was very long before this happened and I’m sure they will be longer lines and wait times in the near future. Sad

The store is always clean. The associates are very friendly and helpful. The checkout was fast. One of my favorite stores to shop at.
