We loved the way Dr. Segura took care of our cat Charlie during his wellness visit. He managed to keep him calm especially since Charlie usually gets very nervous. Thank you Dr. Segura!

Alli was AMAZING!! She took such great care of our two dogs Mia and Maggie when we boarded them while we were out of town. You can tell she loves animals so we knew they were in great hands with her. Thank you so much Alli!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST VETERINARIAN PRACTICE ANY PET OWNER COULD TAKE THEIR FURRY FAMILY MEBER TOO!-5 STARSI am pretty confident that the positive reviews on their practice are routine preventative care, or emergency accidental illnesses. With the rise in zoonotic vector disease’s, that monthly topical and oral wormers DO NOT prevent. By no means trust this place, as they have zero knowledge, or should I say a desire in diagnosing, or at the least catching the onset symptoms, which can be fatal to your entire household. In my case I told them upfront the extremely abnormal symptoms my fur babies were having, worms coming out of their eyes, itchy inflamed paws to the point they were bleeding, lesions, abnormal urine and and a major attraction to sand flies to my clean home. I even showed them detailed photos. Nevertheless they didn’t even attempt to accurately diagnose, rather they brushed it off with an assumption, “that just looks like mucus emerging from their eyes”, being said they did absolutely no laboratory diagnostic testing on the chief complaints. Ova & Parasite fecal test does not reveal this disease.I am pretty confident individuals know their pets better than any vet, as they are with us 24/7. I can’t even begin to imagine how many infected animals are in the area that are under the care of this frivolous negligent practice spreading diseases.Due to legal purposes I am not going into all the complete details of my experience, however I felt it was extremely necessary to write this review in an attempt to warn others, not to mention the suffering my fur babies and household endured ?Attached to my review is a few photos showing what emerged from my fur babies eyes in which they claimed was mucus.

Our elderly Maltise was suddenly in rough shape, and we believed the end was coming soon. Dr. Johnson checked her out and gave us some meds and antibiotics. Within a couple days she was up walking around and is now back to herself. Thank you Dr. Johnson for your expertise and compassion.

We were having troubles with our other vet and had a minor emergency. Kindness was able to get us in that very same day even as a new patient. It smelled super clean, the staff was fantastic, and I like the set up of the rooms which makes it easy to get in and out. It was completely meant to be that we went here! The Dr cared, was thorough, asked great questions, was attentive, and also suggested new ideas for current issues that my puppers has which our last vet would have never done. I can't believe what a great experience this was and how lack our vet care has been compared to this. What an eye opener! We are now a part of the Kindness team and are through the roof excited we found them!!

Phenomenal staff; from the receptionist, veterinary technician and Doctor (Doctor Bell helped us). They were patient and kind every step of the way and I walked out with hope, a diagnosis and a plan of care for my little boy (cat). The staff was very gentle with my kitty and truly listened to my concerns and made sure to evaluate what I brought up. Dr. Bell was so patient and kind explaining the diagnosis and next steps and the vet tech was so flexible to everything.Extremely transparent and fair with pricing. This was our first visit and they did the initial exam, a blood panel, specialized blood test, antibiotics, an appetite stimulant and developed a plan of care for my little boy all for $420.00. If I didn't elect the whole blood panel it would have only been $300.00; unheard of!The lobby was not crowded and the entire facility was extremely clean.Thank you all for what you do and for helping my kitty! Don't hesitate to bring your furry family member here.

I was very happy with the his vet but am upset over boarding fees. I arrived shortly after opening at around 7.45 in the morning. First they tried to charge me for 12 days and then for 10 days when my dog was only there for 9 days. They explained that that was their policy to charge for the whole day. I personally feel it is a money grab and don’t believe I will continue service at this vet. I feel taken advantage of and no one seems to care. I would never go to a hotel that charges for two night when you only stay one. it’s a horrible practice and could only be done from people who only care about money. It really makes no sense. What a Shame because otherwise I was very happy there

In order for us to get our dog groomed here, they require a $175 “wellness check.” We followed their rule, and paid both the wellness visit fee and the grooming fee. 2 weeks after the session, we found a tumor on our dog that came back positive for cancer. We couldn’t believe it. It has been a year, and after surgery, our dog is well. We went to book another grooming for him this week, and they again reminded us we owe another $175 for another wellness check…We explained amount situation, and asked to not be charged for another check this year. They said no. Extremely disappointed, not that they have this policy with this large fee, but that it seems to just be a money-grab and that your dog will not actually see the vet. The tumor we found on our dog’s private area was easy for us to miss in daily life, but VERY obvious if a vet even glanced at him.
