We boarded our pet for 9 days…. He did great in their care and all the staff were great with him. I called or texted daily and got a report. Ali and her staff are great and we even got sent me a few pics and a video. I would not hesitate to have them care for him again…. They were caring and loving to our pet.

The staff at Kindness animal hospital is friendly and organized. Dr. Keenan is an excellent vet. She noticed a mass on my cat's gum and removed it successfully. In addition to our cats we have a dog we adopted with heart worms. Our dog is now heartworm negative and Dr. Keenan and Dr. Johnson have provided excellent care. Thank you to Anna for checking a chip to find the owner of a lost dog we brought in. Great team at Kindness.

Love Kindness Animal Hospital. Every time we've taken our pet for ANY type of treatment and no matter which doctor we see, the diagnosis has been correct on the very first try with the least amount of testing, and the treatment has been swift! Additionally the techs and desk staff are very courteous and kind, and I love the Thrive Membership that saves us money. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you Kindness!

They have been the only veterinarians I have taken my fur babies to for my 30 years in Florida. They are the absolute best people and the office is bright and clean. I will definitely miss them when I move later this year.

Brought my older dogs here from the time we moved from up north. After they passed and we got a new dog, still bringing her here. Have had good experiences both with Dr's Keenan and Johnson.

I love this office. The staff is wonderful, they're budget conscious when recommending medications and course of treatments. They've always been wonderful with my anxious dog. Highly recommend this vet to anyone with a pet.

We go to Kindness for regular, annual care and our dog’s medications but this visit was for urgent care when our dog hurt his leg. We were given an appt the next morning and seen promptly. The staff and Dr Johnson were very helpful with our super anxious guy and did a thorough exam with X-rays, and another vet consulted as well. The advice was for reasonable, conservative and watchful measures as well as advice on side effects and when to call, as well as next steps if we don’t see expected progress or things worsen. We left the appointment feeling empowered to care for our guy at home. When he responded poorly to one medication, a quick phone call and they had a different medication waiting for us, with thorough instructions on dosing with his other medications. We are very pleased with the care they continually provide to our dog.

We absolutely love Dr Keenan! We trust her with our babies, Lovey and Hailey. She is always thoughtful, attentive, and really takes the time to answer our questions. Her knowledge shines through.

We love Kindness Animal Hospital. They have been taking care of our senior dog since we moved here ,4 years ago. I always leave feeling relieved and very happy and grateful. I would recommend them to everyone . The staff are all very caring and knowledgeable. Thankyou to the wonderful people who look after our baby boy .❤️❤️❤️

Just got back from my 10-year old Brussel's Griffon/terrier mix Jill's 6 month post-cancer checkup, everything great, thanks to the skill and care of Dr Keegan and her team. Back in February, we had been monitoring a fatty lump on Jill's chest, and Dr Keegan suggested testing it. Turned out to be cancer!!! I was away on business during this time and was so upset! Dr Keegan suggested surgery to resect the lump and I agreed after she called to educate me in detail about the nature of the cancer and possible outcomes, and didn't hang up until she'd answered all my questions. The day of surgery she called before and immediately after surgery with updates and then the good news that she'd gotten all the cancer mass out without damage to her nearby limb o organs or anything else!! I was so happy and relieved. I hope you never have to think about a life threatening situation like I did, but if you do, this is the place to go. Seriously. Highly highly recommend!!

I took my cat for a first visit. I wanted to update vaccines and I requested a ear cleaning and a nail trimming. They trimmed the nails and vaccinated my cat, in front of me. My cat was hissing and growling but wasn't moving since there were two women holding him. Then they said that they couldn't do the ear cleaning because my cat was upset. And offer me medicine to apply at home. I denied that. I was kind of disappointed that they couldn't clean his ears. My cat have reacted that way to even taking showers or being transported and I still handle him without any trouble. I can't believe that two specialist couldn't handle him for an ear cleaning. I told them I have done it at home and that I would but didn't took any of the medicine. They charged me a lot considering that all they did was give a vaccination, take his info, and quick check and nail trimming, $200 plus. My biggest disappointment is that they are quick to charge but slow and not confident at handling the job. Left me a bitter after taste. The place looks nice tho and that kind of fools costumers a little I guess. I hope that if in need I can find a more reliable place for my pet moving forward.

Love this place , they are caring and honest and want what is best for your pet! If you want great care for your pet come here for sure. This was my 2nd dog I had to put down with them and they were nothing but caring and concerned. And did everything to make me comfortable. Thank you kindness ❤️
