They forgot to tighten my oil filter! Oil stains all over my driveway! I could have lost a motor over this. The stains? Come by a grab some solvent. Never again!

Took my car here after I accidentally hit a pole. Absolutely a waste of money. I spent over four grand to fix my car- the NEXT DAY after getting it back from them it broke down. After driving ten miles. OK so they pay to have it towed to their garage again. That was nice. They work on it for a day. Give it back. IT STILL WASNT FIXED. It drove super rough, made sounds, felt loose. They definitely barely did anything to “fix” it both times. Disgraceful. One month later it broke down again. These people are incompetent, rude, and will scam you out of your money, while doing the absolute bare minimum on your vehicle. I had my baby with me in the car both times it broke down, and it broke down with no warning on extremely busy roads. Didn’t even call them the second time since obviously they don’t give two craps about actually doing their job. Save your time, money, and vehicle and go somewhere else. They’ve caused me an extreme amount of debt as a single mother. Instead of having a fixed car that’s safe and reliable that can get me to and from work with my baby safely, I’ve had thousands of dollars worth of auto bills, haven’t been able to work, when it should’ve just been taken care of when I gave them four grand. Ridiculous.

Would give them a zero if possible. CJ & guy behind counter very rude & misled me. Can't make appointment, have to leave car off then find out it could take weeks to have car looked at & they expect you to leave car there all that time. Don't tell you that when you call the day before. They are losing a long time customer because of this experience.

Had a great experience with Karry's. Had a steering issue with my Hyundai and also needed an alignment and they were able to get me taken care of quickly and for a fair price. Highly recommend.

Larry's provides a great service for any customer you don't have to be a regular to get special treatment that happens once you arrive . Larry's automotive is one of the top mechanic shops in the area that accepted and jumped right on the bad fuel vehicles we had here in our community last month. I have been a customer for 6 years. I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change. The lady who answered the phone told me to pick a day that I could leave the car. I told her that I had to wait; I did not have a ride to pick me up & bring back later. She told me that I could use Uber. Unbelieveable way to treat your customers! Why can't you accept appointments like everywhere else! I will be finding another automotive service center to use from now on.

I've been a steady customer for 12 years. I have had good service from Karry's. They might be a bit more pricey than others, but they are upfront with what has to be repaired and work well with auto warranty programs. Anything I've presented them with has been fixed.
