It was a simple fix & he did it while we waited, I know it only took him 5 minutes, but he still took the time and stopped what he was doing, I asked what I owed him and he said nothing. They are so professional and took their time to explain in details what they will do and how long it would take, they gave me options and their professional opinions which to me speaks a lot about the passion they have in their work. They tell you their prices and only when you agree and pay half up front that's when they will start. The staff are very helpful and nice I was so impress of all the beautiful pieces of jewelry in their showcases and learned that they custom design all their jewelry.
