I have known Jamie and his family for 30 years try to get set up for a tow on a Sunday evening no one answered and no one ever called back. I've never used another tow company but now we'll be forced to try someone else. Such a disappointment

Their truck attempted to tow a stranger's vehicle in my yard during the last flooding, but they were unable to do so. However, in the process, they caused a lot of damage to my sod and left huge ruts in my yard. I called them politely and asked them to rectify the situation since their driver was responsible. They informed me that I needed to contact the owner of the vehicle for their insurance, but that was not applicable in this case because their company never actually towed the car, only attempted to while tearing up my yard. My neighbors witnessed the whole thing. They left a mess. I explained this to them Despite my polite requests several times to make it right, they refused to come up with a solution or proposal to fix my yard - just sorry. I could never recommend someone who treats people like this.

Awful experience. When I called for an estimate they only named two of the charges, and charged me an extract 30$ and an extra mile to round up 3.1. Guy who picked up the car left my husband behind to find a ride himself. Worst tow company ever can’t even give a name because he didn’t introduce himself

A heartfelt THANK YOU to Shawn at Jaime's Towing who turned a stressful situation into a good outcome! Being broken down with a dead battery is by no means a fun experience. But the professionalism and swift response from Shawn at Jaime's Towing absolutely saved the day for me.I called Jaime's Towing & Recovery late in the afternoon after realizing that my car's battery had unexpectedly given up. Their friendly dispatcher took my call, assuring me that help would be on the way shortly, providing me with an estimated arrival time.When Shawn arrived, he instantly put me at ease turning my frustrating situation around. Our car broke down on the Midpoint Bridge, and the guy from Boston who works forJaimie's was there shortly; he was persitent, and got us out of there by towing, and over to a reputable mechanic who fixed our car in one day. Saturday afternoon crossing the sunshine skyway bridge the transmission in my truck began to fail. I was able to limp into st Petersburg and ended up stranded in a parking lot. I’ve seen Jaimes trucks around, and have a good friend who has high regard for the company so that’s who I called. Within a couple minutes I received a call back and a tow was quickly arranged. I was kept informed of the progress and shortly afterwards a driver called. It took awhile, after all it’s approximately two and a half hours to where I was located. A flat hauler arrived and the the driver, Dennis had my truck loaded in short order. Had a lengthy drive back and we were talking the whole time. The man is a true professional. I was taken directly to my residence and home safe. I couldn’t help but think, this is the company I would call if say my wife, daughter or sister were in need of getting back home. I feel the charges were reasonable, certainly considering it was a weekend and later in the day. I certainly hope I don’t need towed again, but can say now I know for a certainty who I’d call again and definitely will recommend.Service: Car towing

My car broke down in front of Big Lots I had to call a towing service that was within my warranty of where I was taking it... They would not just let me leave my car there they said I had to stay with my car I was there from 12:30 in the afternoon till 8 o'clock at night I finally convinced them to let me go home... By 9 AM this morning my car had still not been picked up by the towing company and when I called they said it would be another 7 to 9 hours...Now mind you I understand everything going on right now with the hurricane I get it, but that's just ridiculous... I called Jaime's this morning at 9:30 And 3 hours later they had picked up my car and dropped it off at the... dealership... I cannot express my appreciation enough they were fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone... Thank you so much...
