I was shopping for a storage place and haven't had much luck in doing so for various reasons..until I went to istorage and met with Tammy the manager at this location..she was extremely professional knowledgeable and experienced and very courteous.. she informed me of several different available units and sizes that would fit my needs after walking me through the different storage units I decided to take the 10 x 9 she gave me an excellent price per month which was 30% cheaper than any other place I went to in the Cape Coral area.. the facilities are very well maintained and air conditiond.. long story short I signed the contract I was able to move in my belongings immediately.. so if you want the best service go to istorage on Chiquita boulevard and ask for Tammy.. you can thank me later.. Boogie, the property manager, was extremely pleasant and professional.
I traded in 2 small units for 1 larger one. They had different lease dates and he did the transfers and credits so easily. My new unit is in the exact location I wanted and I'm very pleased. I highly recommend this facility
especially for the great customer service.

Storage is definitely an issue here in SW Florida. So far, I've had luck at I Storage on Chiquita. When you have a question, Taylor gets back to you asap. Good customer service is hard to find! Thanks for being there for us.
