I recently moved and needed to find a new vet for my two fur babies. After reading many reviews and doing extensive research, especially because one of my dogs has IMHA and requires special care, I chose Islandside Animal Hospital. When I took my dogs in for their teeth cleaning, they were incredibly well taken care of, and everyone was so nice. The prices are definitely reasonable, too. I highly recommend Islandside Animal Hospital.

Dr Apking and LeAnn are wonderful!! They always take such good care of our fur babies. My wife researched vets when we moved to this area a few years ago and found out about Islandside. We have lived all over the country and have used many different vets, and the team at Islanside is simply the best that we have ever found. Our fur babies have found their forever doctors. Thank you Islandside!!

The best! Dr. Schaft saved my little guy’s life. Another “Emergency Vet” in Cape Coral told me that he needed to be euthanized because he could not dislodge his impacted colon. Dr. Schaft never once said it was impossible. She did whatever it took to relieve our 1.3 pound Scottish fold kitten from his discomfort. She sent him home with meds and prescription food to continue helping with his digestive issues. I have never felt so strongly about a Vet until coming here. Will definitely be our new home for all of our babies. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

Wonderful. My pup just had his first visit here today. My sister in law referred me and I was very pleased. Very clean, on time, and compassionate. I definitely would recommend this Vets office. ????

I have never actually set foot in the place, But friends have, It is a little bit of a drive for me. I am the holistic veterinarian and do not do any surgeries or hospitalizations but Islandside comes with a lot of rave comments So we started to refer patients there for care and the prices seem reasonable and the clients are always happy.
I truly appreciate that they are there to help us out. Especially appreciate Dr. Braun with his TCM skills, And whoever it is that does the successful surgeries, Not to mention everyone else who works there and keeps that place going as a great service to the community.

They were able to emergency transfer my cat from Fetch on/after Fourth of July when it would've been extremely difficult to get him seen elsewhere, which is ultimately why he's alive. Can't say enough about how knowledgeable and kind the staff were. I'd recommend anyone bring their animals here.

By far so pleased with this vet clinic we have tried 2 others and they were horrible had no concern for the pet just the profit doctor schaft was the best vet I have ever encountered she was so nice and accommodating to my dogs and actually listened to my concerns and acknowledged them instead of just doing what they want to do definitely going to be my vet from here on out and I recommend the people who read this to do the same doctor schaft is incredible! 5 star all day long! Also diandra the vet tech was phenomenal my dogs are not the easiest to get along with and she did fantastic with them!

Highly recommend Dr.Apking and LeAnn (tech) for your fury companions needs. They always go above and beyond for all of my fur kids to make sure they stay healthy and happy. They are always ready to tackle the most rare and complex cases as it seems my dogs always seem to fall in that bracket. I also love the fact that Dr. Apking knows everything Dobie, so that’s another win for me. Every time I’m in the facility I’m greeted with kindness and compassion and the entire staff is ready and willing to help. My dogs love them all and that speaks volumes to me! Thank you for doing what you do and loving your patients (2 and 4 legged) like you do on a daily basis! It is very much appreciated!!
