Came to instanLoan for a loan and Alicia was amazing, she went above and beyond to help me. Superb customer service . Tim also did a great job in helping out with this process..October 2021 Update.Came back for another loan and was happy to see that Alicia was still working there. By far the best customer service I've received in a long time.Update March 2022Sorry to Alicia not here anymore but Yahaira was superb with her customer service and patience. Definitely a plus for the company to have her on their team.Update March 2024Came in and Mike took care of us. Really nice and attentive.

This place is AMAZING!! Take it from a person that never gets accepted by any credit unions! This place knows what there doin and you can't have such an amazing place and experience without a staff that really gives it there ALL!! So much so that the reason I'm writing this review is to show my appreciation for how well Yahira Chavez and Delia Lezama did there job and how they kept me calm as I chewed my nails off waiting for the answer!! ? Thanks again to the staff and the company itself you've helped more than you know today!! I 100% recommend that everyone that needs a loan come here and get it TODAY!!!
