Both the Big John's Plaza and Del Prado offices have super nice people. They know what they're doing. They are professional. The only complaint would be what they charged me. But they were 200 dollars less than EYTax.

Horrible service. Go to a different company. They made a mistake on filing my taxes and I continue to get IRS letters that I bring in and they continue to not be able to resolve it. Around and around we go. Nothing but a headache, all because they didn’t file my taxes correctly.Stay away!!!

Absolute nightmare. Had a two o’clock appointment assigned to me by the office cancels me at 2:30 because the accountant has no time for me on the last day of taxes. Wasted half a day of my schedule to make the appointment. The supposed office manager approached me and thinks I’m being rude because I am now mad at 3:00 in the afternoon. I have other appointments and I am now irrelevant to them. Terrible experience. Not ever going back. If less than one star was a rating I would have given them one.

I Still have not received my refund from last year been in this office multiple times with there management not wanting to take ownership for there employees mistake. Tonight I went in to file this year's refund to in his words the secretary The DM tanner has just has his baby and does not want to deal with it I have been a long and loyal customer with H&R Block. So unprofessional will not recommend doing business with this office

H&r block is a very experienced company the people that work there take you through every step they don't need anything unsaid they tried to give you the best breaks the best whatever to get your money the most money possible they're very professional I would recommend them to anyone
