Horrible service very unprofessional. Michelle P, is very new first season with the block. Doesn’t know much about taxes. They mixed up names and began working on a different persons file when we were in front of them. She constantly was loud and rude because of her mess up. She would constantly make loud noises and facial expressions that would come off as annoyed and flustered. She would constantly ask her coworker about things she would mess up on. It got to the point where we had to walk out due to her belligerent responses. She clearly did not know the tax code and would act like a professional and still continue to give wrong advice. We will be filing form one 4157 – a with the IRS to make sure she never practices taxes again. No client and I repeat no claim should go to her.

Avoid Nancy Burke if you want to save money. She will sneak fees onto her clients without letting them know. She is unprofessional and doesn't look out for her clients.
