Not sure if this is correct store, but it's the closest to us. We ordered hurricane impact windows after Ian. After dealing with the awesome salesman, it has been a nightmare! The windows took forever and a day to come in (and one slider panel was cracked), they sub all the work out, and every time we'd call we got the run around. After they stuccoed around the 4 windows, we were told they don't paint- "that's on you". After we had the stucco painted, it magnified the shoddy stucco job. So they sent a team out to caulk one window and it looks perfect. However, the other three windows look bad in comparison. Today they sent out a guy to look at them. He says "It's the paint. When they paint again it'll look better". It's not the paint. I will never recommend this company again. $20, 000 and I'm not happy!!!

I ordered all of my appliances for my condo that was destroyed by the hurricane when and I asked them to make sure they install them I wanted them installed that was adamant about that, when they brought the appliances they brought in a gas dryer LOL really I ordered electric dryer so I had to send it back I have to wait to get my credit I had to pay for another stove the electric one that I ordered and was adamant to have that installed nope didn't happen they just left it sitting in my front room with the wrong cord. The only thing they installed was my washer I was adamant about having things installed terrible terrible I would never order there again ever the rest of my life. Now I got to go back and make another trip to find the right cord and I'll find someone that will install it. What a debacle and a total inconvenience for me over and over having to go back to the store and calling call three or four times.

i Won’t go in details but I was going to spend a lot of money but customer service was not good and not friendly and knowledgeable so after spinning my wheels at the counter there for 30 minutes i took my major purchase to another Home Depot!End of story ……

Asked multiple employees to price check and all refused saying it was their store policy. Which is a lie so I called corporate and was explained that Home Depot actually has a price match guarantee that this store was not upholding. So they started an investigation. Weeks later I received a call from corporate stating that they informed and corrected the store and now I/we should be able to price match. The fact that I have to call start an internal investigation for something like a price match GUARANTEE is ridiculous.

I am absolutely appalled and still shaking from my last visit a few minutes ago at Home Depot never have I been treated like I was today and not by one employee but by the Manager Craig and then the checkout lady Victoria, so it all starts with me going in with MY WIFE purchasing a few tools of decent pricing almost $900 worth of merchandise plus I had went back through to pick up a few things from the garden center such as rock mulch before entering the garden center. I asked the kid that was working that area if I could leave my car inside the store area if you watch it while you stand there he said yeah but really it’s OK. Take your card in there already paid for everything so I go in I get one bag of rock, and when I was walking to the cart with the bag of mulch man approaches me grab my cart and close it to him insane. He needs to take my car with all of my pay belongings so I assume automatically that maybe they thought that I was doing something wrong I’m not a naïve person I know that things happen in this world and I know action happened too, so I estimate I tell the man I have a receipt for everything and individual. He tells me it’s not good enough and that he didn’t think that it was real and then asked me to walk with him to the front as he tried to take my basket I pushed the bat. I pulled the basket away from him walk up to the front where the lady that was sitting up front starts to tell me by trying to make me feel better cause I was very mad for humiliation that I felt not because the initial asked me about the tools but because I even after I gave him the receipt, he told me that he didn’t believe that it was a real receipt that was too far and then to go up to the front and the lady tell me that I fit the profile of a person that would steal from there literally sticking to my core! Now this is the way they feel like they’re gonna catch shoplifters. I don’t think so but they will bring the revenue down there sales for sure that way and then to find out that it was the manager made it 10 times worse!! To say I’m humiliated and never spending my money there again and I own 2 companies and shop there quite frequently and even my company spent 92,000.00 just last year alone so thanks to your poor customer service manager and elderly checkout lady in the pro area you lost a very valuable customer!!

It was a rocky start ordering vinyl flooring for our condo. We are from out of state so we were on a time schedule. The flooring we picked was supposed to be delivered to the store in 2 weeks. 10 days after ordering we found out that it was running late and couldn’t they couldn’t give a date. We changed the flooring and that came on time but when delivered they were 11 boxes short. Well thank goodness for Moe Rodriguez and helper Katie for getting the 11 boxes and delivering it to us. From there it took 2 weeks for it to get installed and we specifically made it clear that we were on a time schedule. Home Depot said it was a slow time for the installation and there would be no problem. They also said that it would all be done in one day. When we called for installation they told us 5 days. The installation day finally came and Cliff Hill and helper showed up and the job was completed in 3 days. They did a fantastic job and respected our belongings like it was there own.

I just really want to take the time to appreciate Shelly from Store#0268. She is spectacular and has always gone over and beyond to assist and give the best customer service. There was never a time when she didn't aid us in informing, guiding, and recommending when we needed it. I don't usually write reviews but Shelly truly deserves so much recognition!! I don't know what they are paying her but I can guarantee it's never enough for an employee as great as her.

Terrible customer service at the truck rental section. We called the day before to rent a truck so we could pick up furniture. The person on the phone told us to just "come in". He didn't ask for our name or anything so we just gave him our name thinking maybe he would write it down. We came in the next day as we said we would and they told us they didn't have us in the system to rent a truck. They didn't try to make it right. They don't have it together there and they are very unorganized. How do you run a business this way? Train your employees

It really is terribly late, it has no frontage at all, it's very hard to find, the store itself is laid out a little odd. The self check out has more people standing around to try to show people how to check out, then would've been actively working prior checking people out. It is insane

Purchased a new shower kit from store. Was delivered in broken open boxes. Items scratched up. Called store to get an exchange, was told to bring it in. Now if I had a way to bring it in I wouldn't have had it delivered. I'm in a wheelchair and hate attitudes of the manager. Not first time this happened either. Store needs to be a little bit better at customer service. And no I am not a KAREN, I just want to be able to take a shower again.
