So I was exchanging a grill today between 430 and 5. We asked them if they could take one of the shelves off because it didn't fit into our car. They asked one of the associates Joshua who was lovely. So while he was fumbling to find a screwdriver. None of his coworkers helped him even look for a screwdriver. They stood there on their phones and let him struggle looking for a screwdriver. Amelia if I got her name correct was going to her other Co-worker showing her their phones. While Joshua was struggling to take the screws off of the grill. Since Joshua was struggling so much, we asked if there was somebody else that can help. So they called over some older lady with short hair and then when she came over she said you guys called me over for this. When that older lady with the short hair said that I got fed up and pissed off and took the grill outside. Drove all the way home and got an electric drill and did it myself. I think that it is totally unfair that Joshua had to deal with the situation himself, and there was no effort from the other team members. And they were like six other people there. It makes no sense. And then it makes no sense that they didn't even have a screwdriver or power tools in Home Depot. It was horrible customer service. Amelia, you need to put your phone down. This is a job. If she is training all those people up front I feel sorry for them. She has a very poor attitude.

Love Home Depot. Best to use the app with the store. This way you can check inventory for what you want before going.

Well-stocked DIY store and large garden center.Lamps & fans are also available in a large selection. We have shopped here several times and have always been happy with the selection and service. Even an exchange is hassle-free ?. Today we bought 3 outdoor lamps, paint and a fan for the children's room.

Home Depot drives me nuts. Aisles always crowded with 'impulse' items, general clutter, or just blocked for restocking which should be done on off hours, NOT at 10am on a weekday when all the trades are there stocking up for their day. A real pain on the rump! I go to Lowes instead. Now 'self checkout' takes up almost all of the check stands, with an assistant.Parking lot looks like the dump as it is littered with trash, seems no HD Manager gives a rip if their parking lots is a littered mess.Sadly, this review applies to EVERY HD I've ever shopped at!

Not to many people working there that know what they are doing every time I asked someone for help they would say oh not my are and walk away what!!!! Go to Lowe’s better way easier to get help if needed and better prices.

So disappointed with this home depot. I'd give then NO stars if possible. I purchased many things from here but that's over. I purchased a very nice whirlpool microwave in July, the sensor failed while baking a sweet potato, literally burned it to ashes n the cover. I was able to clean it all but the smoke smell remains. The salespeople said it needed to be replaced n gave me the company number. They..company..are saying they don't cover smells, sent a repair person that said he can't do anything to replace it..home depot says they can't replace it...they evidently sold me a defective unit but take no responsibility now. The company is sending another repair company n looking at safety issues for me. It's utterly ridiculous that Home Depot won't simply replace it n keep a happier customer. Avoid this store at all costs. I've heard from others, that HD does this. I should have listened. Whirlpool should also do more as well. But HD could resolve it immediately..but won't. Shame on them.

Terrible store. Parking lot is horrendous and they keep building around it so it can become even more congested. No available spaces because of big trucks that park there. Carts in spaces so it’s very hard to find a space to park. Then the inside is just as chaotic as the outside. So much merchandise In the aisles you can’t even navigate the aisles. So many employees are completely lazy and will point where something is instead of taking you there. Every time I go to Lowe’s, the employees actually walk me over to where the product is if I can’t locate it. Then, to add insult to injury, they make you check and scan your own merchandise. The scanners don’t work so they have employee standing there showing you how to scan the product. How stupid is that? You don’t want to pay that poor employee another dollar per hour to check people out at a normal cash register? Shameful! And then three or four employees are standing around talking or looking at their phones. That makes sense! Let’s pay the lazy workers for doing nothing but chatting with each other. It’s ridiculous at this store and I will never be shopping there again.
