Took my son there for first time in a long time and it was great. Place was clean everything was working staff was amazing. Also Amanda was an amazing server. She was fast and never let us ever wait to long. She always checked on us even with here doing the whole floor. Thank you for amazing service deffently will be back.

This place has definitely gone down hill, on a night where it wasn’t even busy. We had to find the waitress to get refills the food was terrible. I been coming here for 15yrs would not recommend with the new owners of Bowlero. The arcade was the only thing worth coming.

This place has gone downhill since headpinz sold it.
The ambiance feels dirty- smells like mold when you walk in. The lights are so dark, it made it feel dirty and the service is horrible.
Food was mediocre , it wasn’t like that when headpinz owned it. Food was over salty and it tasted cheap.
We had to look for our waitress more than once , she’d go missing multiple times. The place was dead !

We threw a childrens birthday party at this location. Arcade was good, staff was friendly, management was even involved making sure everything was good. Everything went smoothly.

I went to watch my 14 yr old grandson bowl for his highschool. I brought along 3 more grandchildren to " cheer" . Of course their hunger pangs overshadowed the viewing. Server seemed busy and difficult to get her attention. Eventually we ordered 5 sodas, kids chicken tenders, one adult chicken sandwich and an adult burger. Several times we had to go ourselves to the bar to get soda refills as server was on her own. I nearly died when I got to the Bill ..$78.00 !!!!
Maybe I was expecting too much ... next time I will pop next door to Publix for snacks
