I had a horrible experience here. I usually absolutely love this store but today when I went in I bought three dates from their $6.99 basket. Now nobody told me then I would be allowed to open it up and smoke it to test it inside the store, no other store allows you to smoke inside so I was unaware. I made it down the street and was opening the vape to see the whole top part was rusted and covered in a blue and gold nasty rust. I then even tried to hit it and there was nothing coming out so I brought it back to the store where Nate was working. Now when I walked in I asked if you know that they I just got that he checked me out so he knows I just bought this . But then he told me there was nothing he could do because I walked out of the store and didn't try it inside well I told him I did not know that I could do that in hereIs there any way we could figure something out since this vape does not work the other two I bought did I also bought some other things there at the store I enjoy this store well then he started to get an attitude with me this Nate man that was checking me out decided that he was going to start giving me a nast attitude so I am finished using this store and I wanted everybody else to be aware that they don't work with their customers and if they get an attitude if you ask for a business card about a Google review because they don't want to admit that they did something wrong you can always work with a customer you don't need to just give them an attitude and pretty much tell them to like their business doesn't and I'm just completely tired of it from the store I have had this problem before I would not use this store ever again there are plenty of other smoke shops that have worked with me and that would not treat you this way with as much money as you spend I will never go back to all because of this mate employee who treated me like I wasUnimportant as a good paying customer.i spent a large amount and was treated wrong from the minute I walked in .Nate is a very nasty man who raised his voice at me and refused to give me a business card to write a review .

The seller is very rude, racist, this is the second time he treats me badly saying that he doesn't speak Spanish and of course he understands it, when I asked him for my receipt he told me in Spanish that he didn't have to give me the receipt in bad form, he I said I was losing a customer to which he responded 'he doesn't care'.
