BEWARE: The business owner Carmel (Carmie) Ferraro is a fraud and thief. She purchased esthetic equipment from us and training material, received the device in April and has filed a dispute 5 months later indicating she has a credit due which is a complete lie. She never contacted us regarding any issues and STILL has the equipment. We have contacted local authorities to file a report and forwarding to our attorneys. Speaks volumes about the character of this individual.
