Staff is always nice but the online check in isn't the greatest. It told us 15 min wait , we showed up and it was more like 40 mins. Not okay. We would have planned our time out differently.

Didn't listen to a darn thing I said and cut it 4 inches too short. I asked to keep it fluffy and they cut off all my side hair and didn't even touch the top

The person I had was not having a good day. She RUSHED like heck, clipping my ear lobe in the process, (to which her partner said it’s ok he has another ear), dropped two or three combs on the floor and the electric clipper. And she reeked of cigarettes. Otherwise it was a good haircut.

My 12 year old Stevie just got a horrible haircut from this location, she didn't listen to the way he wanted his hair cut from him or his momBeen going here for years . Don't recommend a hair cut from this place.
