Staff is always nice but the online check in isn't the greatest. It told us 15 min wait , we showed up and it was more like 40 mins. Not okay. We would have planned our time out differently.

Brandy has been cutting our hair for 10 years, and she is the best. Great Clips is always clean, and service is great.
