I have been going to this particular Great Clips for almost 20 years. Lately the hair stylist that have been hired are terrible. Two out of the last four haircuts I have had are the two worst I have ever had. The first was an elderly lady that I only saw there once and it seemed like she didn’t know how to cut hair at all. I had different lengths throughout and even had to try to fix my hair when I came home it was so bad. I gave them another chance and sure enough my last cut was by another newer stylist who also was all over the place and did a horrible job. My hair is not that difficult and I get the same cut every time. This was a few weeks ago. The reason why I didn’t post sooner was today my daughter went in for a cut. She showed exactly where she wanted them to cut her hair. She only wanted about 3 inches off which was right at her armpit. She was very clear with the directions. The lady kept taking more and more off and took about 6-7 inches and made it shoulder length. I don’t know who they are hiring but it is absolutely ridiculous they keep raising the prices yet hiring people that can’t cut hair. Stay away from this Great Clips.

Checking in is pointless, they still pull back the walk-ins before the check ins I don't understand why they want you to check in it does nothing you're still waiting even if you walk in with 1 minutes remaining

If your in a hurry and you don't have much time this is were you need to go. Plus the app is really helpful as well it will cut your wait down even more so I would recommend them for a very basic haircut.

Well today wasn't good for my son. We normally have Rudy cut his hair which he is awesome. But today Rudy wasn't there so we let some new guy Michael cut his hair didn't turn out well. It took him almost an hour to fade my son's hair. Not only does he not know what he's doing he should leave the drugs alone. The whole time he cuts his mouth is all the way open like he's trying to chew . Scared my son he start crying he acted like a meth addict with a bad side affect. May never go back.

Made a check-in plus one to bring my elderly mother, they made her use her own profile then tried to tell her she couldn't go after me she had to wait until the end of the list since it wasn't under my check in anymore, absolute loonies running this place
