Everyone that I came in contact with at Good Year was just awesome!! They didn't have to help me but decided they would. It was the 4th of July thankfully.
I bought tires and prepaid from tire mounting. I received the tires but they said they couldn't mount my tires because I have a handicap van with a under carriage ramp. They sent me to another Walmart. No luck, then sent me to a couple other Walmarts. I gave up and refused to go to yet another Walmart. Good Year saved me!! Thanks to everyone for everything!!! You guys are so very awesome!! Please know that you are very much appreciated!!

My son is a student at Florida Gulf Coast University (20 mins south) and he had a AC issue about 6 weeks ago. Some work had been done on the AC less than a year ago at a GoodYear service center near our home in the West Palm Beach area, so my son took his SUV to this GoodYear center for Evaluation. Steven- the manager was a pleasure to work with. He spoke to me and and my son and was very easy to communicate with. His staff was great to work with as well - Darwin and Esteban especially. The issues were more complicated than originally thought, but Steven communicated to us that we were GoodYear customers, had the original work done at a GoodYear center and he would warranty the original work and communicate with my extended warranty company to get the other work needed covered. You worry about your College Age children being taken advantage of by unscrupulous businesses when they are away from home, but this experience was exactly the opposite. The staff at this GoodYear center treated my son like he had been a customer for years and went out of their way to keep his out of pocket costs very low. I highly recommend this GoodYear center and I thank the staff for the way they treated my son and their willingness to communicate with me along the way. A very refreshing way of doing business in today's world

Scheduled an appointment for an alignment online. When I arrived I waited in an empty lobby for 10 minutes just to be told the mechanic had left an hour earlier and the service couldn't be provided. Despite giving a phone number and email I was not contacted beforehand to reschedule.Huge waste of time.

Management is very rude, prices are way too high. Heard one of the front desk guys talking about how easy a sale would be because the customer was elderly. Crooked business, no wonder there's nobody in the lobby. Avoid at all costs

I ordered tires and made an appointment to have them installed, prearranged credit card payment over the phone but, when I showed up the guy said I don’t know if your tires are here and didn’t know who I talked to. Excuses not to sell me tires. I explained the truck was registered in the companies name, didn’t matter. The guy played d**** When I call corporate and complained he said I just needed to verify it wasn’t fraud but not once did he ask for the companies phone number or to see my company card. There needs to be some re-training done in that store, maybe that’s why I was the only person there.

First time ever getting an oil change, I typically don't write reviews but it was $80 for synthetic oil a rip off, it was one of the worst experiences. They didn't put the skid guard back in place. the bottom skid guard is falling off after they did the oil change. they didn't even put a new sticker stating when the next oil change is. that is such a simple process that takes such little effort and time, if they cant take the time to add a simple sticker and put the skid guard back in place properly I could only imagine other work they do.
I always take my car to other places and never had any issues. one time at goodyear and i'll never go back. Now I have to fix my skid guard since they didnt put it back together properly.
