This Goodwill (and the other Southwest Florida stores) has a different return policy from other Goodwill. They not not accept returns. So just beware before you buy.

I shop frequently at the Goodwill. I purchased candies freeze-dried Skittles that were $9.99 a bag... Got home and they are stale I purchased these candies all the time from other places.. never have I had them stale. I tried to return them I know Goodwill doesn't do returns but this is not something that is used it is purchased from a supplier they will not return this I think it's horrible... Don't buy candy from Goodwill.... They lost me as a customer due to a 10-dollar bag of candy that's really sad...

I admittedly arrived to drop off donations a few minutes before they closed. Also got there later than expected due to torrential downpours on the way. Needless to say, I would never donate here because they were just nasty in their attitude. Horrible representatives of the brand. ZERO STARS ?

Save yourself the trip: there are other thrift stores you can go to. I saw online that they closed at 8:00pm so I decided to go see what they had. I found a few pieces that I wanted to try on and I had plenty of time to try them on and get to the register before they closing time WRONG! The lady at the front told me they closed their fitting room at 7:00 because they didn’t have someone scheduled to work in that area of the store. There were no signs posted that the rooms were closed. I’m confused… since when does there have to be a designated employee to stand around the fitting rooms all day? And why do I have to suffer because your store doesn’t know how to properly staff the place to run efficiently? That sounds like a management problem! I will not be wasting my time and gas to frequent this establishment again and I would suggest that anyone who values customer service should look for somewhere else to shop.

Best Goodwill I’ve ever been!!! I’m from KY and we have tons of Goodwills there, but nothing compared with this one. Clean, organized, easy to find what you are looking for, friendly staff a little pricey compared with KY’s stores in some departments but definitely an A+ place to visit!!!

Don't work there.10 years working there. No raise at all.Just increase to meeting new minimum wage rate. Can't make enough money to even be a roommate.Live with my family. When they die in the next few years.I will have a job.But will still be homeless.Get a certificate of achievement.$20 bonus check.Weeeeeeee.I can put enough gas in my car to get to work next week.No weekends off (unless sick or vacation). They advertise they are helping the community.Just keep you homeless and struggling.I guarantee the managers get an annual raise.

I attempted to drop off three items yesterday and without hesitation I was met with a very rude employee who said no we don’t take broken items. None of the items were broken in any way but rather than argue I closed my trunk and left. Never to return. This woman who appeared to be a manager should not be working there.

Generally very clean and organized. Contents vary from day to day depending on donations. There are some great deals to be found from time to time. Staff are generally friendly and helpful.

Shame on you, Goodwill of Cape Coral. I stopped by yesterday evening to donate two large bins of clothes that were in excellent condition but just don't fit me anymore. Since you don't have an after-hours donation bin, I attempted to leave them by the door - which was covered and out of the way. One of your managers came up to me and very rudely said, "You can't leave these here. I don't have any employees to bring them inside." To which I replied, "So, you'd rather I put them in the dumpster?" She just shrugged, looked at me blankly, and walked away. First of all, they weren't very large bins. She could have easily carried them inside herself with a "thank you for your donation." I guess that's below her pay grade. Second, you should have an after-hours donation bin since most people find it difficult to make it there during business hours. You close at 6pm. And finally, she could have suggested that I go to the website and schedule a free pickup of the items from my home - which I didn't know until this morning when I went to the Goodwill website to find your contact info to send you this complaint. So she failed all-around. I wish I had gotten her name. In any case, since Goodwill can afford to pay your executives $500,000+ salaries, I guess you don't need my humble clothing donation. I'll find another charity to give to in the future.

Good prices , lots of inventory, color coded , and deals on different days. Sometimes you can really score big depending on inventory.

I used to enjoy shopping here. Today I bought 2 pairs of jeans and went right back an hour later to exchange them because they didn't fit properly (tried on at home)... and they no longer allow exchanges for clothing.I walked to the register and asked if I could leave my bag to find an item to exchange the 2 items for... he says oh we no longer accept clothing exchanges... then I said, "Okay, I didn't realize that" because I've only ever done one exchange at Goodwill EVER about 2 years ago...Then he says WELL YOU COULD LEAVE IT HERE AND RE DONATE IT....Seriously? I'd rather trash them than give it BACK TO them after i paid $12... so yeah... shop carefully.

Formal gowns dropped off for donation. Then management seen walking out the door with the same gowns and bringing them to the car. Our donations are being stolen
