worst gnc i ever went to. every time i go there it’s always some issue. last time i went cause i will not go back in that specific store. the lady there is rude. i was going to buy 2 products over $150 dollar purchase with discount but she didn’t want to honor discount posted on shelve which clearing read buy 1 and 2nd item 50% off on entire shelve. well she says oh no someone placed that in wrong spot and could not give to me for that price. and very rude about it. so i said i will be calling customer service and she said go ahead. now i see why i called complained and they offer me a $5 off coupon to use at another store. said no thanks i’ll shop at vitamineshop

Ridiculous - one star rating is two stars to much - this place is an absolute no go.. what a dump - I have a hard time believing GNC Corporate is aware of what’s going on in their franchise- extremely unfriendly non helpful lady behind the counter (yes the one with the ring in the nose). A scruffy looking guy in his disgusting dirty t-shirt and tennis pants hanging around talking loudly to some lady in the room at the end of the store.. (not a customer- but somehow related) I tried to get help from the lady - she finally did but I had to pull all information out of her nose.. I am buying from GNC for the last 25+ years - I have never ever felt so unwelcome like in this store - my bad - I should just had left and buy somewhere else- I will never ever go back to this place - and if you have another option, go for it !

Went in to get a few Christmas items. Charles was our cashier and he was "Mr personality" lets just say. It seem to be a bother that we were in the store let alone asking him question on recommended products.

I went in to speak to someone regarding a Snap product Keto Burn and there was a young man working that had no intention of helping anyone. I was told its only online and they have no fat burning products that would help me! It had nothing to do with my size because at the moment I am 25 to 30 lbs over weight, I believe he was rude and lazy!!

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a GNC. I called to speak with someone regarding an automatic shipment that I didn’t want and the lady on the phone kept taking over me and called me rude when I asked her to let me talk. Complete disrespect.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS GNC! Everyone there is always so nice and they always have great recommendations for me! I want to give a special shout out to Tamara. She was an absolute Angel and really helped me out with a return. I had bought a lean shake online (that was a mistake) and I wasn't too thrilled with the flavor and she helped me pick out a much better one and I exchanged the old one for her recommendation. I will never buy anything online again because I want to go into this store and make sure she recommends it! I am absolutely thrilled with the customer service. I love how Tamara always informs me about new products when ever I come in and she always lets me know if there's a sale! I can't praise this place enough!

Tammy helped me greatly a few weeks ago! I called yesterday with a ?, but it was her day off, and I spoke in great length to lydia, the mgr. She was also fantastic! When she didnt have all the answers to my questions, she reached out to an expert who did! I got more info and answers to my questions than anywhere else I have sought them out, even in light of having moved here a few weeks ago from n.y.

My first time visiting I was looking for some specific vitamins GNC sales but they were out. It took a few minutes before someone came to help.. but they eventually told me they were out. Didn't tell me where I could find them or even to try another location. I wound up going to the Del Prado store and found what I needed ... I guess no harm no foul. The second time I went in the sales associate was engaged in a conversation with what I assumed to be another customer. I was greeted with a Hello and then immediately ask if I needed help. I responded not right now I needed to look around first ..you can finish helping your other customers... the sales associate and the customers said it was ok he wasn't getting anything ... I told the service rep ok I would let her know when I needed help. The problem occurred when I needed help.... I had to continuously repeat myself to interrupt her conversation she was having with the guy (non customer).. I was at the back of the store and they were standing towards the front .. she said that she couldn't hear me. They were clearly into their conversation and I could hear it being no one else was in the store but us three. The sales associate eventually moved behind the register and the guy came over and they continue the conversation.. now she's even closer to me but yet I'm still having to repeat myself before she acknowledges the question at one point the guy had to tell her I was asking her a question.. at this point I know it's not hard of hearing it's called selective hearing and my conversation was not as important as the flirting that was going on and I mentioned to them the customer and the service rep) at that point I had what I was going to purchase and was just ready to get it and leave .. I wind up going to another GNC later that day and exchanging one of the 50% off bottles that I didn't really want. but I couldn't get the service I needed.... I guess no harm no foul. Today I decided to try this GNC again only because it's closer to my house than the other one and once again same customer service from the same sales associate .. when I walk in they said hi but we're on the phone eventually getting off and asking if I needed help. I responded I want to look at the pre workouts I had already found the location of them because I had been in the store before then the customer service representative told me about the BOGO. then the phone rung.. not that I was ear hustling but I AM the only person in the store at this time and clearly GNC is having some issues with employees... and the customer service rep was having issues with an employee. the service rep got off the phone and partially interacted with me and I mean basic service ... I was in the store about 20 25minutes .. the problem I have... I was in there while 2 other customers came in at different times... and when I tell you the customer service rep was joint at the hip with both of them ... I realized how bad of customer service I got .. I have my suspicions of why my service sucked compared to the three other customers I mentioned... the two in this visit and the one before... those three guys had something in common . And all three times was the same customer service person !!!!
