I have used Mary at Gigi's for 2 years. I really like it when my dogs are HAPPY to go into an establishment; and my dogs are happy at Gigi's. It tells me they are well treated there. I leave instructions that are always carried out, and I am never disappointed. My biggest "thing" is that they feel comfortable and safe there. My Morkie really pulls on the leash to get inside, he's that excited to go in.

I have been going here for 5 yrs and felt very comfortable with bringing my dog here and always did a great job.However the last grooming that I had there with my dog was early September of this year and was scheduled for Oct at the end of month was her availability due to the Hurricane I had a time written on my calendar as I wrote it while on the phone with her so my time and her were different therefore I was an hour late but I never got a call to see if I was coming. So for 5 yrs I never just not showed up for my appointment so I called and left a message on the machine and the next day she called me back. I was a little upset that I didn’t get a call on my scheduled day, I called another place and took my dog there. I called yesterday to see if I could schedule an appointment for Dec and never received a call back regarding my message so today I was out so I figured that I would stop in to make an appointment and she said NO that my dog is getting to hard to do. So I’m the big picture my October appointment she probably didn’t call me to see if I was coming because she didn’t want to do my dog and didn’t return my call for the same reason. What happen to customer service? After 5 yrs I guess I was wrong about her after all! It’s quite sad. She should have just been upfront and honest but I guess that’s how this world is anymore!

Very good vibes from everyone here. I walked in a stranger with no appt, while Mary was grooming a sweet pup, and she stopped and answered my questions kindly. Then I stopped next door to the Enrichment Center, where Ryan and Crystle interrupted their lunch to answer my questions. Ryan scheduled an evaluation of my puppies, which was very sweet, and we're excited to start private training soon.

We used Gigi’s for 3.5 years and had appointments every 6 weeks. They did okay…..I would never say wonderful but okay. We had one stressful week and yes our fault we missed an appointment. Gigi’s said we have to pay for full appointment ($110 for 2 dogs) before we could reschedule. I could understand a missed appointment fee but full price…..we have moved elsewhere. I think we are going to like the new place much better anyway!!! Gigi’s staff has never been friendly and the new place is super friendly!

GiGi's is the best!! Amy, Mary, Connie, and Vicki truly love your fur-babies, and treat them like family. A lot of the negative reviews seem to stem from people with dogs that are dangerous to do, and/or can't be done. It is unfair to judge them for not wanting to do a dog that can not be finished safely.

Bring your dog here if you want them to come home wet, anxious, and butchered, and for you to be upcharged because they didn't expect the dog to be big even though you described the dogs weight and size.

I had followed a groomer I loved to GiGi a number a years ago. I continued there after my favorite groomer left. We lost a pet and resecued a puppy mill breeder dog and have continuing going there. This year the owner did our very anxious precious special needs dog. When I pick her up face was not finished and I had received a message that she couldn't finisher her. When I paid I said needed an appointment in 6 weeks. The groomer said Mary will call you. I called 2 x to schedule appointments and did not receive any return calls. I have been a customer there for over 5 or 6 year and not to return call to totally unprofessional. I could understand a new customer, but would have appreciated a courtesy call. This is very unprofessional.
