I found this company when building my sister a computer for Christmas. I got everything done and made some mistake that made the computer inoperable. This was the first place I found in my search for help on this issue. I called them and explained my situation and how important it was to me that this issue was to be fixed in 24hrs the weekend before Christmas. To me, this was an impossible task giving the time constraints I was asking for. This company is the only reason the computer I built was ready for Christmas. They got the issue resolved in less than 24hrs. Im not saying that they will be able to work wonders in every situation. I completely understood what I was asking. I have taken several computers to them since then and every single time its been an awesome experience. Im pretty tech savvy myself and every problem I bring them is one I deem impossible. They have always come through for me and I refuse to go anywhere else at this point. I brought them a MacBook recently and the depth they went to find the problem was incredible. From ordering a battery to no avail. I was so surprised that they will only charge you for what fixes the problem and not all the attempts they make without success. Turned out to be a failed motherboard. I was only charged for the motherboard plus a single bench charge. They called me explaining the cost of the motherboard before hand and that they believed it to be the issue. They were correct and was able to fix the issue at the conclusion. They had this computer for about a month and in that time I can only imagine the time they spent on this computer. In their defense, I specifically explained I was in no hurry on this computer and just wanted it fixed. The price is extremely fair every time and I would highly recommend trusting them with any problem your having, I know I can!

Great company, people and price. An issue arouse but they offered to help me out and a form of compensation. I backed off from their offer just because this happened so long ago but due to them wanting to make an accident right shows there professionalism and care for their customers. If I ever have an issue I can't fix this is my go to place.

These guys are truly GENIUS…. I have been, like a moron, buying a new computer every other year out of frustration with speed, start up, running times…. Well, they gave my girl a dusting n cleaning then replaced my hard drive with no moving parts and she is MOTORING!!!! Highly recommend these guys!!! A+++

Giovanni saved the day for me, literally. I had a huge presentation via Zoom to companies in 3 countries and my computer was not working. I called Gio and he took my computer and in a matter of a couple of hours, we were up and running again. The meeting went off without a hitch. I highly recommend Genius Computer Repair and Service.
