Yesterday the service tech from Geeks on Site was out to clean the printer and remove the blue line that we were getting on copies when printing from the feeder. Not only do we have still have that problem but now we have two additional problems as well. It now takes three times as long to make a single copy and everytime we try to print we get a pop up message saying Thick paper an envelopes checkbox is selected. Use this option only when printing on thick paper or when your previous printouts have been smeared. Printing may take longer than normal. I called to ask that they send someone out to correct the issue and was told someone would call me by Monday (it is Wednesday). I work in customer service and all I can say is if I ran my customer service in this manner I would not have a job. If you use this company you can expect poor service and even poorer customer service. I only wish I had looked at the on line reivews.

I spoke to one person who said they could fix my PA3 and told me it was probably my fans. He transfers me to another guy so I can get a quote and he says they don’t fix PS3s. One guy doesn’t know what the other guy is doing.

Call to confirm 5-7pm appointment. They said yes. Then someone calls 10 minutes to 7 saying the tech can’t make it out. I’m a bit frustrated because if you cancel they charge you. However, the guy in the phone starts to reschedule my appointment with the tech without asking me my availability. Seems like common sense to check with the customer first. Then they go on to tell me there is no availability the rest of the week on the days I don’t work. I say forget it and I’ll call someone else. This guy then says to me “so your going to cancel?” The audacity and lack of professionalism completely unacceptable. Seek help elsewhere is all I can say.
