Set up an appointment for new PGT impact windows. Nine months later and many work vacation days wasted waiting on them to show up when scheduled we have 30k worth of impact windows with no beauty rings and unmatching crooked grey screws sloppily holding the windows in. Better yet .. yesterday the rain came in and the water literally poured down my brand new interior paint, drywall and furnishings. This was a two minute storm and if we weren't home I can't fathom the mess we would have come home to after an actual rain storm much less a hurricane. My 40 year old windows didn't leak! These are a month old and I'm literally terrified as to what's going to happen next. I'm supposed to trust these in 175mph? We have called incessantly and they promise the vendor will correct but we've never been contacted. Please do yourself a favor and DO not buy your impact windows through this company or you'll also be paying for an attorney. I will be back with more photos of the screws! All we get is false promises, lies lies and more lies! Buyer beware!

Over charged me $500 on a tool rental. The store manager lied to my face and told me the cost would be reimbursed. My pro account is elite status bu I will take that business elsewhere. Builders First Source , 84 Lumber, and others will give you better prices and better service. They dont deserve the one star required to post

I wanted to leave a comment about a single associate but couldn't find a way to do that on the Home Depot website. Cheri in the garden center went far above and beyond in helping me locate an item I was in great need of. She searched the entire store (including being sent to lumber from garden and back) and found what I needed. In todays age of self-service and generally poor customer service, she went the extra mile and it is greatly appreciated.

I'm focusing on their garden section, really excellent selection of planters! I needed to migrate many of my lanai plants to larger planters and Home Depot delivered! I found the store staff to be friendly and helpful. While this location is usually very busy, it's worth the stop. I like this store. If you're a Veteran, you need to download the app and enroll online for that 10% discount, FYI. Owe, and pull up your info when you enter the store, so it's ready at check out. It can take a bit. Enjoy.

I have always tried to avoid buying anything on amazon, but lately the lack of professionalism at this Home Depot on Skyline has driven me to purchase outside our area (bad for the local economy} and eventually bad for Home Depot. A new venture that will last a year or more thousand of dollars going outside to another company. I have spent tens of thousands with home depot over the last decade, but no more. They used to have a good customer relations much like Publix, anybody who shops at Publix knows what I am talking about. Home depot has went straight to the bottom , everything from rude, unknowledgeable, I actual had one guy mock God. I know out of convenience I will continue to pick up bug spray from time to time but no longer the bigger purchases will be made here. Good job HD!

1. Customer Service is inconsistent. Not all are bad, but some are extremely lacking training. 2. Store is the most cluttered mess of any store I’ve ever seen. Way too many displays, and ladders left everywhere in the aisles. Employees leave shopping carts full of crap and other working messes everywhere too. I’ve never seen a more disorganized mess in any store in my life. Even other Home Depot’s aren’t this bad. I’ve been 40 years in retail management so I know something about it. 3. Parking lot is as bad as the store. And it’s not only because of customers. Rental trucks and trailers should have their own lot away from the contractor door.

Home Depot Appliances buyers beware. If you pay for installation and it can not be installed- Home Depot calls it buyer’s remorse because the appliance can not be returned. This is what Charles told us when the installers would not install a microwave because we have a tile backsplash. We were never asked when purchasing the microwave and installation which would have made this a non-issue. What kind of customer service is this?

Don't try and call them, takes forever to get thru the prompts to talk to a person then they'll just keep hanging up on you after afew rings or they'll just let it ring and ring and ring. After being hung up on multiple times I Sat my phone down and just let it ring while watched tv it was 20 minute before I gave up and hung up. Just wanted to see when customers service closed..... thanks

In the time of disaster after hurricane Ian , my neighbor was using Peters Plumbing and they came over to my house to give a estimate on my well.(we were out of water)we accepted since I work full time at a local hospital and didn’t have the time to work on it.They required a half down deposit of 75.00 ( red flag I guess) they never showed on the day they were supposed to.I had called several times 3 different numbers and finally The manager (Maria)said somebody would call me back, never heard back. Finally I got a hold of the local field manager (Jose)and said somebody would be out the following day.Two days later they were working at the neighbors house changing an outside spigots.I saw them leave and I called Jose right away and was told that they would contact them and come back and fix my well, it did not happen and I received no phone calls. I called back and said forget I will fix it myself and I want my deposit back, I was told that I would have to call the office, when I did they refused saying it was their policy no refunds,I tried to explain that this is not a refund since nothing was done and you never showed up. Also as your policy states no refunds on checks or credit card and this was a cash transaction. And they then hung up on me. A VERY SELFISH AND UNCOMPASSONATE COMPANY BY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE ESPECIALLY IN A TIME OF NEED, SO MUCH FOR TRYING TO HELP THE COMMUNITY AND VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE.

We went to the Home Depot in Cape Coral Florida. We were looking for shrubs, and needed advice on what was best for our home. A female worker said Tom in the garden department was the best, and to see him. She paged him, and he spent time showing us different options. Also how to care for them. Very happy with everything he did for us. Many thanks!!

I spent $920 on a product that was incorrectly ordered by an associate. I was willing to accept the mistake so long as amends were to be made. However I was told that if I signed for an incorrect delivery, that it was mine to keep. They offered to discount $150 because that was the difference in cost. That is unacceptable. It was not the product I paid for or let alone wanted. The only person available for the delivery was my 75 year old grandfather who didn't even have enough time to look at the product before the delivery drivers took off. I am appalled at how this situation has been handled. We still have the incorrect product and have to wait for an authorization to take place in order for the product to be returned which is absolutely ridiculous. We have always shopped at Home Depot for all of our home needs but after this situation we cannot afford to go through this again.
