Not impressed in any way shape or form. My son picked out a tin lunchbox and it was priced $14 on the shelf along with 4 other of the same item. Rang up for double. Guy didnt care & didn't even apologize.

Don’t go to this GameStop. Very disappointed in the service I received. All the people who work there are new. They were working without a manager present. I ordered a Spider-Man PS5 bundle online for pick up and got the correct PS5 but no game. It was not the bundle. I asked the employee who was new if it was the correct one and he said yes. Then found out after we opened it, it was not. I called and he said another new employee got the order ready and just gave us a regular PS5. Had to wait until Monday to call and talk to a manager who said the only way to get the game was to package it back up and bring in for a refund and buy back. Uhm I’m sorry if your a manager I’m sure you could give me a credit of some sort instead of bringing in an entire system. We will not be returning to this GameStop store again and I don’t recommend anyone else go to this one either. If I could I’d give it zero stars.

I just got helped by Mei she went way out of her way to help me find a Loungefly backpack (Hello Kitty) once we found out they sold the last one they had in the store so she directed me to other stores that carried them.. .

I received amazing customer service from Darian. The phone was ringing, I was asking him questions and, asking him to retrieve products and, other customers were asking him questions and, not once was he flustered or rude. He was prompt, informative and, pleasant. Now a days customer service is barely mediocre. It was nice to see what i seen from Darian.

The store is nice and well organized , the employed was ... not the best on October 10th 2023 at 8 pm. Gamestop needs to hire people with more energy and good energy. The rude anti-social personal that are getting hired is what is ruining the business for some stores.

This store was supposed to open at 10am. The employee that works here arrived at 955am and now it's almost 11am. He is sitting inside looking at a group of us standing outside waiting patiently for the new release. I don't recommend this store, the employees obviously hate their job and think it's funny to make everyone stand outside for over an hour. All he had to do was inform us of anything that might possibly be happening. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! Go to Game Craze it's family ran and opens when they say it does!

Hispanic guy that was working there at 5:30pm Jun 23rd is useless. I came there to trade in two games one was high value because it got discontinued and the other unopened which said on the website I would get 20 bucks trade in value. He was very smug and unhelpful not able to have me trade in anything just told me to go on my way. If I call up another gamestop saying they will take it then your store dosent take it that dont make sense to me.

BEWARE!!! Pre-Orders!!! I am very disappointed in the staff, we have been here several times have purchased games and the one time we decide to pre-order a game which we paid for most of it from here I was told they would call and send an email when it arrived and they did not! I kept calling and the first time they picked up they said full shipment didn’t come in and to call back in couple days. I have called for over a week and no one answers and I am not able to leave a message. Went in and they still did not have my game we pre order because they sold them!!! Oh and they said, “only people staff like they will call to let them know game has arrived” What!?? WOW!! So knowing they had pre-orders to fill they decide to sale the game to someone that just walked in!! They couldn’t tell me when they would get another shipment, so we had to settle for the regular version of the game vs the Deluxe which we pre-ordered!!! I could have just ordered the game direct online but I wanted to help our local business!!! Worst experience!!!
